Very friendly service and the daytime running light got replaced. The waiting area and bathroom are very clean. There were water, coffee and television shows to keep me occupied while waiting.

VW taguin
Took 8 days o do 1 hrof work.they are extremely back logged with VW repairs. Rediculous to hv to wait this long. Wish I hadgone somewhere else. Also no loaner vehicles was available

Utterly Fantastic
Best car buying experience ever! Toni and Fred and all the salespeople are super helpful and very knowledgeable! Service department is quick as well and have never had any issues! Highly recommend to family and friends!

No Integrity!
They refused to replace ABS module under recall when the recall is for a faulty abs module. Got rude with me and refused to fix.

More Good Stuff to Say!
I wrote a review on the General Manager, Sales and Finance folks earlier this week, but failed to note the assistance I got from Scott in Sales as well. He assisted under the previous GM when I was in Fowler in mid-July and before I was able to make a deal in August. I appreciate his help as well! I know he's a great link for the new General Manager in this transition period. Most importantly, I failed to acknowledge the fantastic receptionist - WALDI! I consider her the FACE of Fowler VW and she's a great Public Relations gal! Thanks again to ALL of you!!!

Great Experience!
I visited the dealership about mid August and made my final decision to trade a week later. Under the new General Manager, Dave, I feel I got a great deal and great customer service. The sales guy, Kirk, was a delight - friendly and helpful. Kyle, the finance officer, was equally helpful. All around, it was a good experience for someone on a tight budget. They did everything they could to help me trade up. Thanks guys!!!

Horrible New Car Experience
Final sales contract did not match negotiated price befrore financing. Returned a lease, and inequity was supposed to be a part of the financed price on new car. However, final contract did not describe how final price was determined- leading me to believe the inequity was added. I believed what I was told, and financed an extra $2000.00 to find out 6 weeks later my lease had been turned into VW Credit, and dealer had not included what I had financed in new purchase. The paperwork trail of price negotiation was gone, and two weeks later, I still cannot get a copy of the paperwork they actually have. I was another $4800.00 out of pocket by over-mileage, so came out with approx. $6500 worth of $ that I did agree to. Our car salesman that did our entire transaction was "new" and not supposed to be assisting customers, and his name is not even listed on the sale. It was sketchy all the way around, and I'll never do business here again. Read everything, record everything, get copies of everything you sign.

Used car purchase
I meet with John S. and he was great. Showed me what I wanted gave me the pros and cons and didn't hassle me for a decision until I was ready to make it. The buying process was fast and no pressure. Everything was excellent.

Very easy experience.
It's a car dealership. They are trying to sell you a car. It was a very easy experience, almost too easy. I don't feel like I asked enough questions but they were very pleasant and helpful when they I did. I would definitely consider buying my next car there.
