I have bought four cars from this dealer, and every time i am shock by the deal i get and how easy they make it happen. Billy really goes the extra mile, i mention when buying a car i needed another soon, he kept his eye and found me another perfect car for a great price.

Our experience at Auto Burlington was excellent. Bill, Debbie, Yasser and Dave were all courteous and professional. They made us very comfortable throughout the process. Easy, straight forward, no fuss, no balogney kind of people. So refreshing in the car sales industry. We left feeling very satisfied. We will go back when our youngest is shopping for a vehicle.

I bought an '08 Nissan Maxima about a month ago, when buying the vehicle, i had a few minor repairs that were needed and they assured me that they would take care of everything. So far not only have they held their end of the deal, they have gone above and beyond what i expected out of any non-factory car dealership to make sure i was happy and getting what i came to buy. The finance process was quick and easy, the employees were all polite and not your typical pushy sales associates. My overall experience with Royal Auto Group was very pleasing. All three individuals (Yasser, Debbie, and Dave) were extremely helpful, courteous, and went the extra mile for making my purchase quick and easy. They did not pressure me into any decisions, which I liked, because otherwise I would have walked out, like I have in other dealerships. The 2013 beetle looked great, drove great, and they even prepped it with an oil change and filled the tank with fuel. If I am ever in need of another vehicle, I can honestly say I would return to them in the future.

I visited on 11/14/16 with my sister in law to purchase a Nissan Murano 2010 . The service we received was AWESOME, customers service EXCELLENCE, expedited The sale in a timely manner. I've purchase cars in the past from large dealership I must say I enjoyed this family atmosphere of this establishment. I would probably Recommend Royal auto group to other people and family members.

A great friendly no pressure buying experience. Loan was arranged and I was out on the road in no time at all. I did have a mechanical problem and was given a loaner to drive while at the shop. It was fixed and the car runs like a charm. Wouldn?t hesitate to buy again at Royal.
