Great service and clean facility

The royal auto group as really good cars i been buying cars from them for at least 8 yeas and never gave me any problems the owner Sam is a really good person helps you out on anything they really know what they're doing good job guys keep it up

Fair and Honest

I was looking for a newer used car. After a few weeks of searching, I finally found what I was looking for at this dealership. I sent in an online inquiry, and the following day I received a call from them. I took the hour and a half drive (each way) to the dealership to check out the car first hand. After a few misunderstandings, everything was rectified by the dealer (who kept their word). The following week I drove out of the dealership in my newer car happy as could be. One week later, I get a random call from the dealer as a followup to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Yes, I would recommend this dealership.

Wonderful Experience!!!

All I can say is WOW, I had a very special situation and these guys completely worked it out. I am very happy and pleased with the new truck. They made my car buying process a breeze. THANK YOU !! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!! They even kept my son busy so mommy took care of business. O and the brownies were yummy :)

Terrible communication do not waste your time

I called 4-5 times and was told someone would get back to me. They then sent me a carfax of a different car. I left yet another message and no one got back to me. Made up all sorts of stories. Stereotypical used car bad buying experience! Do not waste your time

Very Satisfied

We bought a 2013 Mercedes E350 today! Great price! Bill the General Manager and Bob our Sales Rep were oustanding to work with and got us a good rate. I would definitely purchase from Royal again.

my great experience

I was looking for a car. I found Royal on the internet and called them. I spoke with Bill ,right away I wanted to check out the car. I got to the dealer the car was right in front waiting for me to test drive it. After driving it Bill had the numbers all ready. I was impressed with the customer service I received from the whole staff. I was also very please with their prices. I've already purchased 2 cars along with my mother, niece and 2 others friends. It is a pleasure to shop and tell people about Royal.

Bill and his staff where great to work with. Very nice selection of vehicles. Better then dealing with the larger dealerships, would definitely go back.

Stress Free Buying Alternative

Took the 2hr trip down to look at a used suv after visiting a franchised dealer elsewhere and the experience was worlds apart. This was simply a no pressure experience. Shannon gave us the keys to test drive it. Then we sat down with Bill and went over the numbers. There are no games played. Its a small shop with great value and a personal touch. These guys are worth the time and their prices are second to none. So if you want a no pressure simple car buying experience I suggest you head to Royal Auto Group and check out the fantastic array of vehicles with amazing prices. I expect my wife to pick up her next car and get a great deal from Royal Auto Group.

I bought my car 4 years ago. You would never believe that it was used. Very very low mileage and great price!! I will never buy a car from any where else!
