I love my car!!!!

I love my car!!! I bought my car 2 years ago. Great customer service, honest and reliable... I go there for everything... Great service, and great prices.

Great Customer Service!!!!

I bought 2 cars and will be buying my third car soon. They have the best quality cars. I always find what I want. The prices are always the best!!! There is no reason to go anywhere else. Luxury cars for great prices!!! My husband, my father, my brother, and my mother bought cars from there and enjoy their cars very much!!!

Best experience ever !!!!

I had the best experience here looking for my first car. Hilary, mark and bill helped me so much in the process. They all have wonderful customer service and they made me feel very comfortable with my decisions. I would recommend everyone to go here because they have great prices and great options. You can tell they really care to make you happy! They clean and detail it for you, along with making the experience enjoyable. Out of all the places I went to on this journey, this was the best and I'm proud to say I bought my car from here.

Empty promises

Bought a car with worn out breaks and rotor. Manager promised to fix problems and recanted after explaining that he didnt make enough money on the car for repairs. Terrible customer service after purchase

Hillary is what brought us to the dealership..

I pride myself on being a savvy shopper and my boyfriend not so much. Before I speak on my office experience I have to speak to the marketing. Normally those constant emails and phone calls are quite annoying but the young lady Hillary was very kind and gentle with all her outreach attempts. Although she was diligent with her efforts, it was something about her. Well, of course we got lost getting to the location but this same person Hillary answered the phone and gave us excellent directions and even stayed on the phone with us a little while to ensure accuracy. Once we arrived I had the opportunity to meet one of the kindest young ladies I have met in a while ?Hillary". She was so pleasant and had the car we were inquiring about parked and ready for a test drive. As we were preparing to test drive she shared as much information as she knew and what she didn't know, she was honest about it. She actually didn't try to sugar coat anything, which I respected. Once we finish with the test drive we were escorted inside and introduced to the staff inside. Let me preference by saying we have purchased our fair share of cars but it was something about the energy in the office. We began to discuss what we were looking for and our bottom line. Initially it was a real bull fight but very respectful. My boyfriend a typical man had little to no patience and we left. After a friendly chat we returned. This time we met with "Bill" he put on this tough exterior and I saw right through him. We discussed the deal and finally agreed. I have to say even if we didn't get the best deal at the end of the day,( we did ), when we left the dealership I felt like I just left family. As long as I need a car I'm returning to Royal. For me: Hillary kind respectful demeanor and Bill made us feel like family. I lost my dad and as I spoke with Bill it could have been my dad. I will definitely return and recommend others.

Great service!

I went to Royal Auto last year to look at cars. I wasn't sure about buying when I first arrived, but when I saw the selection and great prices that they had I was sold. I've had my car for 16 months and never had a single problem with it, no noises, no repairs, just a reliable car for a decent price. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgable. The buying process was fast and easy and in no time I was driving away in my (almost) new car. Unfortunately my car was just totaled, but Royal Auto will be my first stop when I am looking for a replacement. I highly recommend this dealer.

I found a 2007 Murano online and went over to take a look. I went for a test drive, liked the car and the rest is history. Justin and Bill were great!!! The car had an issue with the turn signal, fixed!!! The headlights were a bit foggy, done!!!! Bill got me a great rate and I am already recommending them to family and friends. Totally pleased with my experience.

Best Auto Purchasing experience in my 60 years of

The sales person and Sales Manager were very friendly and willing to answers every question my wife and I had. They did not pressure us about anything. They presented their autos, answered all questions and let us review what we saw in a private setting without any hassle. We saw, we examine, we test rode the car my wife called about. It was ready for inspection when we arrived an hour later. The Sales manager went to great lengths to meet our budget and work out financing. We were very pleased with the total out come of our purchase. The buying experience at Royal was Excellent. Best ever in my 60 years of buying cars.

Great Customer Service ,Nice Experience in buying.

I have traded in/bought lot of cars, this is the first time i had a very nice experience. RoyalAutoGroups in Burlington --Lawrence was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bill made the financing look so easy and all went through very smoothly The good part is that .no one forced me to buy this car 2012 Acura TSX, Overall it is not a typical dealership environment. The website is so nice and in details, so you get prepared before you land up there. I had inspected the car from a acura dealer after i bought it and everything was fine except they recommend that the break pads are low, so when i called up Bill/Lawrence, regarding this they immediately .called me in and replaced all the four break pads and the two front rotors for free.. I amd highly satisfied so far
