Great Customer Service!

Many car agencies take advantage because your female, I cannot say that about Royal Auto Group, the gentlemen, Dan and Bill treated me with respect and dignity they were very helpful especially with questions. I recommend Royal Auto Group to anyone. Jeanie T.

Simply outstanding service

We were turned down by everyone. We tried Royal as a last chance. Our car had just broken down again the night before, we still had a few months before our car was paid off and it was worth practically nothing in trade since it was so old. We also needed to get a truck before the snow started and before my fiance lost his job for not being able to get to work. The salesman (Bill) was so wonderful. He worked all day from opening to about 6pm working on getting us approved for the truck we wanted. From the time we got there he could see we were scared about how it would turn out and did everything he could to help us calm down and relax. Thanks to them they took our trade and paid it off (that was then sold to the mechanics who were supposed to fix it) and put us into the 03 Trail Blazer we wanted. And wouldn't you know it...as soon as my fiance got closer to work today it started to snow. Thank you Bill! I know God had a hand in sending us to you. Next month I will be back for a second truck when I get my settlement money.

Dan is the man

Dan is the man, My wife and I drove a hour and a half away the trip was worth it and I'd do it again.The car is what they said it was. The buying process was easy no pressure Thanks Dan

Mo is the reason I purchased the car.

Mo, is the reason that I purchased my car at this specific dealership. HE is very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a good overview of the various options of the car. He seems very dedicated to his work. GO MO!!!

Great Experience, Moe is highly recommended A+++

I recently purchased an 2011 GL 450 and Moe was excellent from the moment we met. He addressed all of our concerns, arranged for the repairs requested in order to finalize our purchase, and personally coordinated the delivery of some missing components. Very pleasant experience. They weren't pushy and the entire process went smoothly.

Moe knows customer service

Battery terminal needs to be cleaned, Moe took care of it. Car needs to be cleaned, Moe took care of it. I highly recommend Moe to anyone. He has a bright future in sales and understand its the little things that satisfy the customer.

Moe was a tremendous help...

Moe and Bill gave me a no hassle buying process. The price was exceptional. It was a win-win situation. Yes, I would have liked the price to be lower; however, who would not want a lower price. It was a fair exchange and a fair exchange is all anybody wants. Their customer service and friendliness was what sealed the deal. I drove from Baltimore to New Jersey and I would take the 2 1/2 plus hour trip (in traffic) again. When I need another truck. Roy - # I live in Baltimore

Nice, clean cars, but buyer beware!

Website advertises vehicles that have been "certified and fully serviced." The sales manager.allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic nearby. First of all, the engine was.leaking oil so much that the entire undercarriage was.covered in oil. The mechanic noticed a ticking noise coming from the engine which was not normal. The front tires had dry rot, but the manager had already told me about that before I took the car to my mechanic. A front headlight was burned out, the adjustment switch for one of the headrests was missing. There was a nail in one of the rear.tires. Not even basic service had been performed, as the oil was dirty, as were the cabin filters and air filter! What is more, the manager.and his staff went over my trade.in with a fine- tooth comb in order to justify lowering an offer his colleague had made. I reminded him of the previous higher offer.for my trade in.during my previous.visit, and he said that he "had.not.inspected.it properly," I told him that that was his responsibility, not.mine. I have.never.received.a.greater.hassle anywhere for my trade-in, nor a more.unfairly low price. Their offer was $500-1000 below other dealers. The car was fairly priced, but I did.not buy it due to excessive.mechanical problems and gross misrepresentation! Watch your wallet in this showroom, and caveat emptor!

The best dealer found so far!

Moe is the sales guy and Dan is the Manager at Royals Auto Group. Both are very friendly. Moe will never force you to buy a car like other dealers do. These guys do not cheat you and they are very co-operative. Loved dealing with them. Thanks Moe and Dan!
