They are a vast improvement over the previous
The refurbished operation seems to have also changed the focus of management and what an improvement. It is better both when it comes to service prices and service inclusions that makes them a great alternative when it comes to something as simple as an oil change.

A truly satisfying dealership experience
I have been buying cars for 38 years, the last 12 from Preferred (formerly Betten Auto Center). I have never experienced the level of professionalism, courtesy, and competence, from any dealership, anywhere. I stop in just to have coffee with the people who sell me cars as well as service my vehicles. I am constantly referring friends and family to this dealership, and they all buy vehicles, and are pleased with the dealership experience. They will bend over backwards to put you in the vehicle that you want at the lowest possible price.
