Our Important Purchase Was A Pleasant One
This was our best experience since moving to this part of the country late last year. Our experience with the Adventure family began in Dalton and ended in Chattanooga but was consistently exceptional from start to finish. The reason it began with one and ended with the other was attributed entirely to our shift in make and model. Thankfully Adventure adjusted to our shift in vehicle choices. As I stated the experience at both locations was excellent! Steve Cockran got us off on the right foot in Dalton and Josh Smartt picked up the hand-off smoothly and ended the deal on very solid ground. Everyone within your organization (sales, management, financing and vehicle preparation) was effective, professional and knowledgeable. We were not pressured through the decision and buying process. This was not our first new car purchase but we can say with certainty that this was the best. My wife and I want to thank you for and making this significant, important purchase such a pleasant experience. Somehow you have assembled a winning team of employees and the company policy works.

The staff at Dalton & Chattanooga won us over

We drove up from Atlanta and purchased a vehicle that was exactly what Michael said it was . I left with exactly what I wanted and no pressure!
First and foremost, let me compliment you on Josh Smartt. He is very easy to deal with and has a no pressure sales tactic, which was greatly appreciated. I had looked at 200-300 Jeep Wranglers in the last 6 months, either on the web or in person. I found one I wanted to look at on your web site so I called to make an appt. for a test drive. I spoke with Josh and met him that afternoon. I looked at the original Jeep I had gone to look at and realized it, like the previous others, wasn't what I was looking for. That's when Josh said he had "option #2". Option #2 was exactly what I had been looking for. A pre-2006 with low miles with everything I wanted and didn't want. Talking with Josh was like talking to one of my old school buddies. It was the easiest no pressure car deal I have ever made. Great Jeep at a great price. I would definitely recommend and already have Adventure Cars to family and friends. Thanks for the great service, by Josh and the rest of the crew. You have a great team.

Great experience buying a car for a change.
I had looked at probably 200-300 Jeep Wranglers over a 6 month period, in person or on the web, and found one at this dealership. Called to set up a test drive and spoke to Josh Smartt. When I went to drive the first Jeep, I quickly knew it wasn't for me. Instead of getting frustrated or pushy, Josh said "that is why I brought up option #2" which was exactly what I had been looking for. Talking with Josh was like talking to one of my old buddies from school. Great experience with this dealership and also got a great deal on my Jeep which was a 2004 w/ 77k miles. Josh has called since just to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend this dealer and salesman to any one of my friends or family. Great job by a great team.

Overall PHENOMENONAL Experience! ! ! !
After months of car shopping, feeling pressured and haggled by many other car companies, I was just about ready to give up finding a new car, I stumbled upon Edd Kirby's Adventure Mazda. Having been referred to them by a friend, I was still skeptical being a single female in the world of "dealership sharks" if you will. I was pleasantly greeted outside while browsing by Ryan Hauger. He politely introduced himself and asked what he could do for me. I explained my situation, he politely tossed around ideas of different vehicles he felt would best suite my needs and lifestyle. Ryan and his coworkers worked diligently with me to get my car payment where I wanted it to be, and I ended up buying a 2011 Nissan Juke, which I absolutely LOVE! Professional & Exceptional!
I would say my experience at Adventure Cars was exceptional. I had just left a local Honda dealer convinced I would return there to purchase a Honda CRV after I visited Adventure Cars. Garett Beaver at Adventure Cars gave me reason to alter my course completely. After a spirited test drive in a Mazda CX5, and discussions about my walkout price, warranties, financing, and my trade in, I drove home in my brand new CX5. Garett answered most of my questions in a very low-key manor before I even asked. The rest, he answered completely and to my satisfaction. I will certainly recommend Adventure Cars and Garett Beaver to all friends who might be interested in a new or used car purchase, knowing that Garett will treat them as professionally as he did me.
