My vehicle was in the shop for two weeks.

My vehicle was in the shop for two weeks. I paid a lot of money only for the person at the service desk to tell me that GM doesn't make parts for my truck and Crew's probably couldn't find the parts.

Everything was done in a timely manner.

Everything was done in a timely manner. I had an oil change and tires rotation. Also, a complimentary car wash run through. The waiting area was clean and inviting.

the personal at the desk was pleasant enough however when

the personal at the desk was pleasant enough however when they brought the air filters to me the one for the cabin had a lot more damage that i saw just that morning. also with the increase in cost i am being forced to look else ware for my oil changes after 10 years using Crews.

I wrote a review a few months ago that I purchased my new vehicle but since this i have sent family to purchase vehicles as well! Mr. Dino was my sales guy and I absolutely love him! Finance.... SUCKS! Michelle in finance has a nasty attitude and is completely inconvenienced by everyone and everything! Not at all a nice person to speak too! Her attitude and unpleasant stance is disgusting! You have a great sales team and an awesome service dept but your finance lady sucks! She needs to have her job evaluated maybe stick her in parts!

While we ultimately decided to delay our purchase for personal budget reasons, we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and expertise of our salesman, Dino. Throughout our visit, Dino provided insightful guidance, sharing his personal experiences and helping us make informed comparisons between various vehicles without any pressure. His approach was genuinely customer-focused, making the entire process comfortable and transparent. Additionally, Crews Chevrolet’s warranty for used vehicles is outstanding, offering an added layer of confidence. Brought my Tahoe in because my AC wasn?

Brought my Tahoe in because my AC wasn?t cooling properly. They basically did a bandaid fix since my warranty was due to expire. Approximately 2 weeks later the air wasn?t cooling again so I brought it back in and they said they had to order a part. I brought the truck back up there and picked it up a week later. The air was fine, but they left my vehicle a total mess and damaged the body inside the driver side door. I then had to be inconvenienced again so they can repair the body damaged and requested a loaner car while the repairs were being made. When I took the vehicle back , Chris Herman advised there was no loaner car available after I requested one when they saw the damaged. Chris Herman nor the Service Manager Max have yet to call me about my vehicle repairs or loaner. I?ve had 6 Chevrolet vehicles and this is the worse experience I have ever had. I will NEVER deal with this dealership ever again.

This is an update to my experience with this dealership.

This is an update to my experience with this dealership. I have had a run around with my paperwork from the transfer of my tags to now learn that they did not put warranty on my vehicle as we discussed in the office. I will file a claim with Better Business Bureau this has been the worst part of this deal. I’m very disappointed with Crew. I got my truck in 2023 as it relates to paperwork it’s been a mess. I’m so annoyed I have to make another purchase for something I was told I had. Now I have to spend $3,500 more dollars. I will never shop here again or recommend any here.
