Worst experience Ever- 5 month repair

3 hours ago DONT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR. I Purchaaed my traverse in March 2022 and 3 weeks later was rear ended at a stop sign. I thought the dealership would be the best option for repairs & Crews chevy Collision provided an estimate for a 14hr simple repair of the back end. Crews had my vehicle from may until today 9/21 for a quoted 14hr repair from a rear end accident. As of July they began paying for the rental bc their shop had negligently caused additional damages to include all of the molding , glass, luggage rack, mirrors, radio and service error . They called 4 x and stated the vehicle was ready. Only to determine the items were still not repaired and additional damaged items were added each time . Today I picked up the vehicle because I was assured they made all of the repairs . They did not. The original repairs they were contracted and PAID for are not complete, not acceptable. When they were unable to get the new back lift gate to fit they took apart my vehicle (damaging all of the molding & put back together incorrectly with pieces visibly hanging off /not secure. Many "used/salvage" materials for the repair they were paid to do & it looks terrible. They have added at least 6k additional damages to my vehicle due to their lack of qualified repairers in the shop (their words). I will now have to go elsewhere to have proper repairs made and recoup costs somehow after wasting 5 months allowing them to "make this right" as they consistently requested. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE - THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF MAKING REPAIRS PROPERLY & HAVE ZERO QUALITY CONTROL WITH WHAT IS DONE.

I would leave less stars if possible . Crews chevrolet had my Traverse for 5+ months of the 6 months I have owned it all so that they could complete a 14hr estimated repair . The repairs are still not satisfactorily complete & they caused additional damages while it was in their care that they have admitted responsibility for but have proven they are not capable of properly repairing after 5 months. I am now forced to take the vehicle elsewhere to have repairs completed properly and then recoup costs . It has been the ultimate worst experience of car purchase and collision / repair I have ever encountered. The GM , the management team - they all speak down to women owners and do not follow through with their word or agreement - Why would you ever trust they will follow thru with warranting repairs when they are not capable to get them right in 5 months - and have not made right all of the additional damages they caused ? STAY AWAY . That is my advice.

Unhappy Customers

I purchased a Camaro from Crew's on 8/25. Asked for a few things to be fixed before hand major problem being the AC. They say cool not a problem. Car sits in the services department for a week. 24hrs after dropping it off until day 8 I was told that the car would be ready tomorrow. Finally get car back. Now there is rattling​ coming from the rear-end. Decided to have a different mechanic look at the car. Mechanic found that the sway bar was not properly installed and the bolts were very loose (thanks for the safety hazard Crew's service team). Then less then a week later AC goes out again and a fan is constantly running about 15 minutes after the car is turned off. Back to Crew's I go. Car sits for 5 days this time. Now once again a few days later guess who's having the very same AC issues. I mean the exact same issue. This buying experience with Crew's has been an absolute nightmare the worst that I've ever had. I'm planning on purchasing another car in 2 years and I can guarantee that I will never purchase from Crew's again nor recommend Crew's to anyone. I choose them because of all their "best of" awards but I could have gotten this trouble experience for a hole in the wall buy here pay here car lot. At this point I just want them to FIX the AC problem as promised and not give me a reason to drive to that dealership again. I AM TRIED OF GOING TO CREW'S CHEVROLET ABOUT THIS CAR!

The sales man Dennis went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle that I wanted I showed up to get my car serviced and ended up leaving with a new car that I wanted. He was with me every step of the way and he helped me a lot I will be returning to crews Chevrolet for all of my car needs

My salesman name Wilson went way beyond to find me the truck that I wanted and he found it and he sat down with me and gave me a good trade in value and I ended up buying a 2022 Chevy Silverada 2500 hd diesel.I would always recommend Crews Chevrolet for all your Chevy buying needs.
