Purchased a 2023 Equinox and it was a good experience all around. Our sales person, Crystal Kuck, was great, walked us thru everything. This was my 2nd purchase from them, my husband has purchased 2 vehicles thru Crews, so that's 4....great folks!

I was looking for a new truck and looked at several

I was looking for a new truck and looked at several different vehicle types and dealers. The Staff at Crews Chevrolet was very patient and knowledgeable about my needs and I purchased a new vehicle. The salesman Rush Rushton was very knowledgeable of his inventory as well as the workings of each vehicle. The sales manager Rick Maull was a great help in meeting my financial needs with the price of the vehicle. Kaleb was the gentleman who took care of me and was

Kaleb was the gentleman who took care of me and was exceptional in his service. I arrived looking for a Camaro that would suit my needs and brought me exactly what I was looking for. Very presentable and very straightforward with his business. I was actually still waiting for the car to arrive from transit, but when it came in Kaleb wasted no time in getting me what I needed to get on the road with the new car. After the car arrived Wednesday mid-day, they did their inspections on Thursday, and I had the car after work on Friday. If you go to Chevy Crews and are looking for a sales representative who is both energetic and to the point, Kaleb is your man.

1) My Sales Rep Kaleb gets 5 STARS - professional,

1) My Sales Rep Kaleb gets 5 STARS - professional, responsive, and courteous service that got me through the process with as much speed as possible; 2) Dealer promotional communication gets 1 STAR due to "bait and switch" technique that showed 3 incentives clearly deducted from the actual VIN# I purchased on the Crews web site only to be told that one of them "didn't really exist" in reality - I didn't have time to fight so gave up the $500 error so went ahead with the deal; 3) Credit/Warranty hard-sell department gets 1 STAR due to a) the fact that this stressful up-sell technique still exists in this day and age; b) the way that my Credit Rep presented 9.5%+ rates as the best option and then magically came up with a 7.7% rate AND slipped in a $4000+ warranty once he discovered I was willing to go 84 mos and was focused on a payment of <$500 (this made the whole process feel disingenuous and is now giving me second thoughts on trusting the dealership with my credit deal - what else was being hidden from me to create the best kickbacks and/or high-margin deals for Crews?). I'm willing to let this go since I don't have time and likely won't keep the vehicle for more than 3 yrs OR will refi once interest rates cycle back down. Being generous with a 3-star summary given the transaction speed and simplicity.
