Service isn?t what it used to be

My car was there three days and I left with several of the same issues. I came with first time I was ever disappointed Who is crews Chevrolet?

Michelle Stacks is the only person, I would go to with her excellent customer service. Crystal Kuck is an amazing salesperson who really cares about her clients. I would choose her 10 out of 10 times. I should know this is my 3rd truck from Crews Chevrolet.

I visited more than one dealership shopping for a Truck

I visited more than one dealership shopping for a Truck to check which truck was more comfortable and affordable. One of the dealerships I visited is Crews Coverlet North Charleston. In the beginning, the salesperson Wilson Page was trying to be nice. As expected, he kept calling me to sell me the truck (which was a higher price than other Chevrolet dealerships in the area; also, they provided me with the lowest offer for my trade vehicles). The moment I told Wilson that, I decided to postpone my decision for a few weeks. Hopefully, we will see more rebates from the manufacturers; he turned out to be a very rude, unprofessional, and asked not to contact him since I decided not to buy a truck from him. The Wilson’s reaction and behavior was shocking and unprofessional. We know how some dealerships do not have moral, but this situation with Crews Chevrolet is new and on a different level! I will contact Coverlet directly and show them their representative attitude!

Arrived at Crews Chevrolet and were met by Suzi!

Arrived at Crews Chevrolet and were met by Suzi! Told her if the gmc vehicle I found on line. She took us to the suv and am immediate test drive. Thoroughly describing the suv, she walked us through all features and related items. Deciding to purchase, we had an easy time getting all details done to purchase it! Couldn’t be happier with our experience with everyone at Crews!! Thanks Suzi !!
