Was Ripped off
My review stems from purchasing a used 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. I loved the car. Purchased in January 2017 and had to have a new transmission placed 3 months later in April 2017 Not by Crews Chevrolet because they don’t fix anything Nissan just sell them. Then in June 2017 the car was found to have a welded tire rod under the frame of the car. We basically bought a lemon Called Crews Chevrolet and they said bring it back and they would make”good” on it and get me in something else. They got me in something else alright. They got me upside down in the vehicle I’m in now. They basically just added that car to the different used car, juggled the numbers and now I’m driving a car and actually paying for 2 cars NEVER GO TO CREWS CHEVROLET!!

Great People!
Went in looking for a Camaro. The salesman helped in every way he could. Got the Car to my price. Purchased it, and love it!! Over all a Great Experience!!

Ask for Mitch!
Stopped by the dealership yesterday to look at a few vans since we're expecting our second child and outgrew our Rogue. Mitch greeted me but didn't bombard me like your usual car salesman. He answered questions. Today I came back with my wife and he answered all my questions and got the best deal he could.

Best Customer Service I've experienced in a while!
I came to Crews with a challenge. Not only was I on a time crunch, but I have poor credit. I was pleasantly surprised with not only the person who answered the phone (I wish I could remember her name to thank her personally) when I called explaining that I had been turned down by 3 other dealerships that had told me with the $2000 down that we had, they could get us financed but failed. She asked me some questions and told me she would pass the information on to her boss Chris Hue so he was prepared when I walked in because she would be working on payroll. She treated me with respect. Andre Williams, our salesperson greeted me and I told him I was supposed to speak with Chris. Chris asked me some questions and then said I think we can get this done. He reintroduced me to Andre who said let's find you what you want. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase long term. Paul was working on my credit application and explained it would be better to add my husband which turned out to be what lead to our approval. He continued to communicate with me through the process. Sal, the finance director, took me back and answered all of my questions as well as offered a warranty that would help me long term with the vehicle. While we were waiting for the final approval, Andre got me a drink and offered popcorn. I honestly can say that everyone at Crews were incredibly helpful. I would recommend the entire organization to anyone looking for a vehicle. Andre went above and beyond to get me out of there when I needed to be and spent time with me days later to make sure that I understood all of the options on my new Cruz LT. So not only did we receive great service while we were there, but post sale was spot on as well. As a wonderful touch, Andre sent a hand written thank you. It is nice to see that people still take that extra time. We will definitely be giving our future business to Andre and Crews Chevrolet. My husband had to make a trip to dealership to sign paperwork after his work day. A salesperson who I don't know his name unfortunately, took the time to explain the Cruz and the options I had. He didn't even benefit from the sale at all. I was thoroughly impressed that he took the time with my husband to make sure he was happy with the purchase even though it wasn't his sale.

Dino is the Man!
Had a great experience at Crews today and leased a new Colorado from Dino. Everyone there was very professional. If it has been a while since you visited a new car dealer, do yourself a favor and, go to Crews. They are respectful and don't pressure the customers. Dino was very knowledgeable on the Chevrolet product and I will be recommending him to friends and fam!
