This was our families 1st purchase at Crews and we are so pleased with the service we received. We were helped with the sale by Matt and he was so great to work with!! He was knowledgeable in the vehicle and sale process. We never felt rushed or pushed throughout the process. The waiting area was also a great perk with having 3 young children with us. Lawton is a true professional. He was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I got out of my car. I was trading in a Firebird I'd owned for 38 years for a new Camaro and I was slightly melancholy. I've never really had such warm. gentle and intensive guidance entirely through a purchase before. He kept me informed of every detail and gave me 100% of his attention for 6 hours. He found the most beautiful Camaro at the dealership at the best price, and with tremendous knowledge, skill and patience taught me everything I needed to know to drive it home that afternoon. I feel quite confident he was the kindest, most down to earth, well informed, fun individual I've had the pleasure of meeting. He made my entire experience perfectly successful and absolutely DELIGHTFUL! I will be a huge fan and friend forever!!!

We began our search for a vehicle online and contacted various dealerships about pricing, warranty, etc. We were impressed with Crews Chevrolet due to their (Sierra) timely and continued follow-up on my initial inquiry. There was no ‘pushy’ sales pitch involved; simply ‘friendly’ follow-ups to see if I was still interested in a purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by very friendly staff members. Frank Jordan was very awesome!! From our initial friendly banter, through the test drive and later going through all of the paperwork, talking to Frank was like talking to a family member. He took his time with us, answered all questions and further put our minds at ease about our intended purchase. Again, no ‘pushy’ sales pitch was involved. Once we made up our minds to purchase Tommy Haskell walked us through all of the financing, payment schedules, etc., and Frank even talk to our insurance company to ensure they had all they needed before we left the dealership. Though we did not finish up until after regular business hours, the staff seemed in no hurry to rush us out and took their time to make sure we were confident in our vehicle purchase and went on to explain how to use all of its features. Frank walked us through everything… he is amazing!! After a few days of driving the vehicle we noticed a slight problem and contacted the service department. Lance Love did not hesitate to schedule an appointment right away and once at the dealership took care of the ‘minor’ issue, quickly resolving our problem and putting our minds at ease once again that we made the right decision driving out of our way to make our purchase at Crews Chevrolet. I don’t care where you live, doing business with Crews Chevrolet is well worth the drive. They are a Sales and Service Dream Team!!
