Definitely 5 Star Service! Friendly and Professional!

I bought my wife the 2015 Equinox and returned this year with my 86 year old Korean/Vietnam Veteran Father-In-Law. The entire staff treated him like one of the family and with the utmost respect! He decided on the 2018 Trax and John Allen, the salesman, and Rick Maull, the finance manager, made it a truly pleasurable experience. As a VERY experienced buyer, John, a veteran himself, took the time (Approximately 5 hours) and, with absolutely no pressure, answered ALL his questions and allowed him the courtesy to thoroughly check out multiple vehicles. In their state-of-the-art facility, after all the necessary documents (Purchase/DMV/Finance/IRS) were completed in Rick's office, his sendoff by the ENTIRE sales staff in his new Trax made me proud to be an American! God Bless Crews and God Bless America!

Excellent experience

I worked with Jon Rushton and he was great. Easy going and laid back is the sales guy for me and he fit the bill. My first experience with Crews Chevy and I’m already telling whoever will listen they need to head to Crews!

Liars! worst experience ever!

Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!! Lets start at the beginning I went in looking for a Tahoe worked with Corey Wright, seems like hes your best friend yeah we'll get to that part. He finds me a Tahoe "at auction" we go in test drive love it so we sign papers, I traded my 2013 Chrysler t & c that has ridiculously low mileage and in immaculate shape bought brand new buy me. Fast forward I have the Tahoe for a week and everything on the dash starts malfunctioning from the backup camera staying on in drive to the sunroof not opening or closing. We go in speak to the GM and were told we are so sorry we will pay if off completely and we've already sold your car. At this point NO check was cut for the finance company for my car so they sold it with out a title!!!! While we are there talking to the "GM" they write a check for our vehicle they have already sold! They then tell me they cant just buy their vehicle back with out me buying another from there. I should have ran at that point but no...I look at a dodge grand caravan that they show me the most base model vehicle you've ever seen and they promise to cut a $2000 check for so I will have back up camera, touch screen dash ect. So i go to pick up said check after purchasing the dodge and its a whopping $1070.00. This Corey Wright guy then explains they have an account with this outside company DFE and that it will help to cover the rest of the cost. So i call said company speak to Matt the owner and I'm told no Corey had never discussed that he do what was discussed, he said he would mount an external (separate screen) from my radio to use for the back up camera but that was $800 NOT the 2,000 we discussed. He says he has notes re-guarding this to prove it. Also this said $1070.00 check was supposed to cover the cost of a spare key which we all know is a crazy amount to program. Learn from our experience stay away from this god forsaken place. They are "you're friend" but only until you sign the dotted line!

Completely Satisfied

I came to the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted, a Chevrolet Express. As soon as I walked up to the door I was greeted by one of the salesmen, Frank Jordan, who was quick to show me the models available at the dealership, taking special effort to find models that were priced lower. He made every effort to find rebates and discounts, and was courteous throughout. I did not have to wait very long to finally receive the keys to my almost brand-new vehicle, and was able to meet the whole staff of the dealership on the way out of the door.

2018 Equinox

David did a great job!! We love our new car! David showed us everything we needed to know about our new car. He also changed out one of the mats that was not working properly.

Incompetent service department

I have been a repeat customer at the service department for 4 years and I am no longer going to get my car serviced there. I own a 2013 Chevy Cruise with about 65K miles on it. I had my water pump replaced which they did't do a good job on thus had to bring it back for a second visit after they kept my car for 6 days on the initial visit. They also determined that the oil filter cap was leaking, which was most likely caused by the person that changes the oil, but they charged me more than $200 to fix a problem that they caused. As if this is not enough, my car went in the shop with a working AC and came out with the AC not working. Now they are asking me to pay addition $1,300 for them to fix the AC that went bad while the car is in their possession. They need to hire more competent mechanics and better train their admin people; Until that happens, I strongly urge you to find another shop to get your car serviced.

Bad repair job and consistent delays
