I feel like the price out the door is always more than previously discussed and the time amount that I have to wait it’s always longer than actually told to me yesterday I was told an hour and a half and I waited for over four hours and I came out of there spending about $50 more than was actually told that I would need to spend so I probably would not recommend the service department

Easy to make appointment. I was greeted right away and told how long it should be. They got my car in and done in a reasonable time frame.

My overall experience was great. I’ll return for future purchase and refer friends and family members. The only downfall is the distance the dealership is from my residence

Sammy deserves 5 stars! He found what I wanted in a truck and with the best deal possible. I would not hesitate to deal with Sammy again when I need an automobile. The best car salesman I have ever dealt with.

As always the staff is competent and friendly. Service department is efficient and capable. Waiting area is clean and spacious. I like the happy hour for having service performed on my vehicle.

Very clean waiting room. I would recommend this service department. Drew was very helpful, and they did not let me just wait until someone approached me to get checked in. Of course, we likes tompay a lot of money on repairs,but I do have an older car.

Best in Gwinnett County, David and Sean made sure my daughter was back on the road after major repairs in a timely manner. Excellent price for work performed. We are always pleasantly surprised by the great staff @ Jim Ellis.

Took a while but they provided a rental, price was good , MR Morris took good care of the truck and delivered in good condition . He deserve 5 stars .
