Internet Pricing inline with Used Car Values. Fast friendly salesman however the Sales Manger seemed to not really consider Customer satisfaction.

Easy to schedule an appointment; courteous staff; area was so clean; saw COVID guidelines followed & felt safe during my 2 hours there. Discounts applied to final bill without needing to request.

Took 2 and 1/2 hours for a oil change with an appointment already. That's ter.rible service. Sorry but can't give a good recommendation this time.

Service was excellent. This is why we use you for service we could get elsewhere for a lesser price. Vehicle is 8 years ago led and Jim Ellis has serviced it since it was new

My car was in the shop for 2 days and no one even looked...

My car was in the shop for 2 days and no one even looked at it. The scheduler should have told me about the backlog. Picked up the car and took it to a local garage. Work completed in 2 hours for $400. Ed Barnes was nice and probably did the best he could but at the end of the day he couldn’t help me.

They seem nice, but...

Scheduled appointment for oil change ahead of time. Arrived early. Came back 2 hours later. Waited another hour and half. Finally got truck back and oil change sticker not replaced nor was it reset in the computer. No confidence I even got the oil change done at all. Dealership called one time to resolve issue. Called back and nothing since. Others in waiting room were all discussing their bad experiences also with me also.
