I had an appointment at 9:30 am to fix some scratches on my rims/wheels and I didn’t get the car until 6:00 pm!!

The staff was better this time. Due to my son stopping...

The staff was better this time. Due to my son stopping and ordering the part needed for the truck the day before, Things went well. Staff is some better. My son is still going to stay with truck.

Very nice experience! Everyone was very professional, the service man called me a lift to get ma to work in a timely manner and Jim Ellis covered the cost. Thank you!

The service at Jim Ellis was great as usual. I was greeted promptly and had my temperature taken and directed inside. Was promptly greeted by Tate. The technician found a nail in my front tire. It was in a bad spot and a replacement was advised. Thankfully the tire was in stock. I thought I had purchased tire coverage and Tate checked on it for me. It was covered and I was on my way in no time. Even ran the car through the wash. Thank you for being through and keeping me safe on the road.

I came in to test drive drive a car I saw online and Alan C. showed me a better car but similar to the one I was looking for. Alan and the staff was always pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend Alan C. if you come to Jim Ellis to purchase a vehicle.

Recall for airbag safety. Did not have a good experience...

Recall for airbag safety. Did not have a good experience with their work. Had to take it back. Something had come loose. They did fix it the second time but didnt look like our other vibe. Took back again and then settled for their answer.

Probably one of the best experiences that I ever had with...

Probably one of the best experiences that I ever had with buying a car. I went in focused on buying a used vehicle, but the sales person showed me that buying a new vehicle mads the most sense.Excellent experience overall. Nice job by the sales person Eric Crow, his manager Sami Karaki, and the finance manager Shelton Story and the close (forget his name)

I'm disappointed in how the warranty works. This was not explained to me when I purchased the vehicle, and the answer should never be to look at the fine print. That is now how I treat my customers. This is not a reflection on my service manager, but the sales process of Jim Ellis.
