Much better experience than the last time.

Craig did a good job. I came in to buy out a lease that I wasn't happy with, and left with a new vehicle that I'm liking so far.

GMC is a cheap outfit. There's always nickel dime cost.

I like the people at Jim Ellis, but your service work is priced out of line. Your estimate for engine and cabin filter. Plus MAS cleaning $300! I did the work myself for $70 w/ 30 minutes of elbow grease.

Tire Problem

Service department found a faulty plug in the left front tire causing it to lose air pressure. Had made an appointment, arrived early, still had to wait two hours to change one tire. Being a GM executive retiree I always try to utilize a dealer for service. Bought the tire from dealer but had to pay over $35.00 premium compared to Costco for same tire. Expected to pay a little premium but $35.00 is more than expected.

David and Ricky did an excellent job getting to the root of my clunking noise in the front end of my Sierra. They microphone it, found the problem and the truck runs like new. Thank you

Initial service on Buick Encore

The service associate was friendly and courteous while checking me in, and while providing me with the car/paperwork afterwards. Work was completed to my satisfaction and in the agreed upon time-frame.
