Easy to schedule appointment for service. Friendly staff...

Easy to schedule appointment for service. Friendly staff and decent waiting area. Plenty of space to spread out for social distancing. Screening done as you enter the service area to ensure employee and customer safety. All staff wore masks. Jorge helped me during my service and kept me informed during the process. He was very polite and courteous. No complaints or concerns.

Great Buying Experience

Our only regret is that we didn't initiate a relationship with this dealership when we relocated to area some 20 years ago. All team members were friendly & uniquely personable...some exuding quiet professionalism that put us immediately at ease, while others kept it light with a humorous banter. Even the parts department crew were efficient & surprisingly amiable.

I will always buy a car that can be serviced at Jim Ellis Buick Mall of Georgia. The professionalism of David Gonzalez and the staff is the reason. They keep you informed and set real expectations about when my vehicles will be ready. He is knowledgable and explains things perfectly.

This is the second new car I have bought in my life this...

This is the second new car I have bought in my life this was the worse experience I have ever had buying anything in my life. The salesman was nice but did not follow up on emails. The manager was also nice and better about following up with me. I would not buy a pack of gum from this place the one good thing is the guys that delivered my truck were super super nice.

Quick, easy, and honest

I found the car of my dreams online and immediately contacted Jovan at Jim Ellis to see if it was still available. Jovan returned my email immediately and began working with me to make arrangements for a test drive. Since I live more than 70 miles from the dealership, his professionalism and willingness to work around my busy schedule was the best part of the buying experience. We agreed to a great price and from that point on, it was one of the easiest car purchases of my life. The whole team there at Jim Ellis including Jovan and Sam did everything they promised and worked with me to make the buying experience smooth, quick, and painless. I would highly recommend Jim Ellis to anyone looking for a new or used car.
