Jovan Riley exceeds sales expectations. This young man goes above and beyond customer requests. He and Sheldon humanized the sales experience for me as female and a new customer. Car experiences can be nervous and overwhelming, but this duo contributed to make it an effortless process.

We had a great experience! It was a breath of fresh air when it comes to what some people dread, the purchase of a vehicle. We came in for a used car and ended up with a new Yukon. Issac, Joe and Jasmine were top notch and helped us every step of the way without any pressure at all. I would definitely recommend them and the dealership and will seek them out next time I’m shopping for a vehicle

excellent service

took my van in with serious vibration in the power steering and brakes. the hydro boost and steering pump and a few lines had to be replaced. it took a few days longer than we thought, but tate was able to help me a little with the cost. we have been going there for service since they opened and will continue to do so.

My 1st experience at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA

Sean Garrett the service center manager was very helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me and come to a amicable compromise. Scott was the tech. who worked on my 2015 Buick Enclave. Jerry was my service rep. Only complaints were that I had an eleven O'clock appointment scheduled but they weren't able to get someone to begin working on my vehicle until almost 3:00 pm and Jerry wasn't very upfront with me about the service being preformed. I came in sharing my vehicles (amplifier) problem with him and inquiring about whether or not it was an item covered by the manufacturer. Long story short I paid good money to have him tell me something I already new the answer to. Jerry did offer to have my car washed after the fact even though the letter from management regarding COVID-19 posted on the glass door stated that vacuum and a wash was complimentary.
