Professional, Courteous, and Accommodating

Our Salesman Perry Mallory, the Sales Manager Joe Marengo, and Jasmine Abreu were always professional, efficient, and friendly. And most importantly, they were respectful and most accommodating to my physical limitations from a disability caused by nerve damage in both my legs. My spouse and I have been customers of several of the Jim Ellis Dealerships for about 10 years. Our experience with this Jim Ellis GMC Buick Dealership, their Managers and Sales Staff, has been the best experience of those 10 years. I have already, and will continue to, recommended this Dealership to my friends.

I was extremely happy with the service and support provide

Everything that was requested was completed in effective and efficient manner. The service coordinator was courteous, recognized my from previous visits and provided all information about the vehicle and my service contract status.

Outstanding service experience !

Very customer service driven staff, comfortable service waiting rooms with flat screen tv's. Good coffee/tea selections... I've always felt important and they care about my GMC Serria performance is kept operating at its best and maintains its value.. Awesome team!!

Excellent Customer Care

Customer care was excellent! Communication and follow up was better than best. They took extra care in testing the problem issue and Tom was so personable. His communication skills were excellent.

Great Car Buying Experience

We recently purchased a Buick Regal on a trade-in. Mike Hatcher, our sales rep, made this traction easy. He made sure that we stayed within our budget, while still giving us the car we wanted with our preferred options. Jasmine, in the finance department, made that transaction as quick and as painless as it could possibly be. There is a reason why we go back to Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Georgia time and time again. Customer satisfaction is their #1 priority.

quick service, washed car

I made an appointment for 2pm. I was informed that it was"Happy Hour" and I would get at discount. She also said there was an additional $20 rebate on the oil, so I was very glad she informed me. The service was quick, the waiting room was organized well, and there were coffee and water available. Thanks.

Not a good day at Jim Ellis Service

So I was told to schedule an appoint by one of your service folks so I could get two keys made and program 2 key fobs. That was done 1.5 weeks prior to the service date. I asked “should I buy the stuff beforehand” I was told not to worry that we should have it in stock ready to go. Got to my appointment at 8 am on Dec 23rd which I drove all they way from West Forsyth area (Cumming) to be told 35 min after getting there that you all did not have any of the parts. The person was apologetic but that does not fix the issue. So I guess it’s best for me to just go to another GMC dealership to see you f I can get this done.. I bought the truck from you and I loved the sales side. This is three times now service has failed me so not sure if I would recommend your service department moving forward.
