Always Excellent Service
Jim Ellis Mall of GA's service department keeps all my GM's running perfect. I have some odd-models and some standard cars. My aging Escalade needed some work before a long trip. Sean and the gang once again made magic happen. Now, my truck drives like when I first bought it ! I'll be back to see the sales department sometime soon. The service here is excellent, the night-time-drop-off is easy with the key drop off. Definitely recommend.

Not a good experience
Had an appt. for oil change @8:30 AM. My husband took my Enclave in for me. He was there 1 1/2 hrs. He was given no updates or anything at all about why this was taking so long. Way too long to wait for an oil change. I guess they squirt the vehicle off because dirty water streaks were all over it. I don’t expect a wash, but just don’t make it nasty looking. He then had to go & have it washed. But I am assuming the oil was changed. Please do not contact me in any way about this. Another time this same thing happened & someone called & was very rude to me on the phone.

Service was fine, they finished right at 1.5 hours as indicated, In the playroom they need to clean the toys, they are very visible dirty and the chairs were wobbly, I fixed one of them on my own.

WOW, what a fantastic experience!! I have been purchasing vehicles for 40 years and this was by far the best experience ever!! EVERYONE at Jim Ellis Buick/GMC was so friendly and courteous. I came in from out of state with some hesitancy, but was amazed on how well I was treated. Joe Marengo did a great job in not pressuring for the sale and provided me with whatever information I needed. Jason Hoycheck was very friendly and interested in me!. BUT, the BEST of the BEST was Perry Mallory!! He made me very comfortable from the first time that I talked to him on the phone. He knew exactly when to follow-up and when to let things rest. I felt so comfortable working with him every step of the way towards purchasing my dream car! Perry genuinely cared about what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and informed on what I was looking for. I thought that I was working with family. Perry even made sure that I arrived home safely with my new purchase and that I was happy with my car!! This should be a TEN STAR Rating!!
