The lyft ride to and from my office made things perfect. It was good to see that Sean Garrett was promoted to Service Manager. You picked a really good leader to set the standard at a high bar. Because of this, I will never buy a GMC at any other dealer. Plus I will encourage any friend or family member interested in a GMC to buy from Jim Ellis GMC. Emma was the service rep that helped me and she was very good. I have also had David Gonzalalez before. David is good as well!

David Gonzalez offered some great insight into the issues my car was having. I don't know much, but he gave me more information that I probably needed. He's very knowledgeable and straightforward.

I didn't have an appointment and they were still able to take me in. On top of that, they managed to get me out early and back on the road.

As always the best service department of any dealership. Glad we bought from Jim Ellis GMC and if the price is right we will continue to buy from Jim Ellis GMC.

The experience was very professional, despite some delays. It's not the dealership's fault when the manufacturer neglects to update repair manuals or ships broken parts. Once all of that was cleared up the service was efficient and well-done.

This was probably the best experience we have every had with buy a vehicle. I found the 2019 GMC Denali online through cars.com. I messaged them through the link that was given on that website and the next morning I had already gotten a response from them. The gentlemen that emailed us was Richard Newton. We called him, offered him a price and he excepted. We talked with him and got everything arranged and then we called our bank to finance. Our bank wrote us a check, Richard had the car driven to us (which we lived 4 hours away and they were at our house by 9:30 a.m.). The guys that delivered the car brought the paperwork, we signed the papers, gave them our check from the bank and we had a new car!!! This experience took very few hours sitting in the living room of our home. My wife and I are blown away that we have never even driven to their dealership or even met Richard. He checked on us the day it was delivered and checked on us a couple of days later just to make sure everything was okay. It was amazing!! I highly recommend Jim Ellis Buick GMC and Richard!!

Beat service around! I used to Fred getting my car worked on, but everyone at Jim Ellis Buford really cater to the customer making sure we are happy!
