Car buying can be a difficult experience. I had my guards up the moment I walked in. I soon was greeted by many Hello's and smiling faces filled with laughter. Lol. Steve asked what was it he could do for me. I told him exactly what I desired. I felt really comfortable and not rushed through the process. It was definitely all about me and my needs. The service at the time of delivery of the car is just awesome. Guys are proficient and they do care about your car and check the things are OK by asking after specific time interval.

I just wish I had been better informed on what the Beetle model I was leasing had/didn't have compared to the model I turned in. That has been frustrating for me. Aside from that, Sean and everyone I have dealt with at this dealership have been very nice to work with.
