I already knew what I wanted when I walked in the door so Sean let me test drive a Tiguan. I had to wait for VW to buy back my Passat and once my date and time was set up Sean lined up the car I wanted and had it ready for me the day before my scheduled appointment. It has never been easier to buy a car. I know I bugged Sean a lot but every time I came in he treated me very nicely and was happy to answer question. I would highly recommend Spitzer and Sean to anyone who needs a car.

Car buying can be a difficult experience. I had my guards up the moment I walked in. I soon was greeted by many Hello's and smiling faces filled with laughter. Lol. Steve asked what was it he could do for me. I told him exactly what I desired. I felt really comfortable and not rushed through the process. It was definitely all about me and my needs. He listened and asked every one of my questions. Thank you so very much for your help, it was a pleasure meeting you, will be returning.

I just wish I had been better informed on what the Beetle model I was leasing had/didn't have compared to the model I turned in. That has been frustrating for me. Aside from that, Sean and everyone I have dealt with at this dealership have been very nice to work with.

My family has purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership within the past three years. I was a little disapointed on my last purchase due to the dealership not wanting to negotiate price of used car. I just felt dealership could have worked a little with price givendors the businews I have given them

The service at the time of delivery of the car is just awesome. Guys are proficient and they do care about your car and check the things are OK by asking after specific time interval.

I wish I was told about the charge for the etching because I would have requested a car without it. Could have explained charges better before purchase.
