My husband and I went to Spitzer, after looking forever for a certain SUV we wanted, and could not find. Daniel searched the internet for days, looking for the perfect one. He found it! We negotiated a great price for it, and he made sure it was inspected throughout. We could not have had a better experience, which is shocking to me, given our history with salesmen. Lol Daniel, when we look to buy our second vehicle here soon, we will definitely be hunting you down. Thanks for everything.

I purchased a VW jetta and the staff was very informative. Daniel Walker was a great help in the deciding on my purchase. He worked with me took me on a test drive and explained the in and outs of the vehicle.

I had been looking for a Jetta Sportwagen TDI 6-speed manual for months. I noticed the new listing from Spitzer right away and I have family in the area, so I asked if they could look at it. I put a down payment down and they held the car for me. Steve was great with all my questions, and more than patient. The car was priced to sell, but they waited for me to arrive from Wisconsin to pick up the car. I can't complain about the people at Spitzer VW Amherst. There was an internet manager from Spitzer Cleveland that I wasn't a fan of.

First contact with Mr. Bush July 2013 test drove the VW Passat model we wanted.Informed him we were targeting Oct. 2013 purchase. However, August financing deals were irresistible. My husband contacted him beginning of August and said we were ready to buy and take advantage. He gave Mr. Bush the specifics and was told that he would work on it and get back to us. Never heard from him again. So the end of August, while researching area dealership inventories, contacted Ed Schmidt VW in Toledo. Within 48 hours he got the car we wanted, in the color we wanted with the specs we wanted. We've had it for a month and love it. P.S. we also told Mr. Bush that we are also seriously looking at replacing out current tow vehicle with a VW Toureg within the following 2 years. Likely will not be returning to Spitzer, since Ed Schmidt in Toledo was so prompt and accommodating with round one.Summary: lost $29,000 sale in round one...likely not to get second sale for $35,000+ in 2 years hence...total loss of sales in 2 years...roughly $65,000....lost service attached to those 2 vehicles in the years to come....priceless.

No consideration for other's time. Poor communication. Drove 4 hours to view a car that was called pristine. 4 curb rashed rims, a door scuff, and miscellaneous interior dings and scuffs later i was offered a $150 rebate on a $19000 car. Probably be fine if you can view the vehicles in person before making any kind of commitment. Received deposit back no problem though just lost a weekend and a couple hundred in gas.

Brandon Brletich provided me with all the information I needed to decide to purchase the vehicle. He was very courteous, friendly and professional in dealing with me. Brandon also followed up with me promptly on questions I had. He is an asset to Spitzer.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel explained everything in a clear and concise way. He was honest and upfront about the whole process. He explained the pricing system and exactly what we would be paying. He is a great addition to Spitzer and I would not go anywhere else. We love our new Volkswagen. Brandon did a fantastic job taking care of both my wife and I. We purchased two cars at the same time, and we were treated fairly and honestly by Brandon, as well as the dealership.
