Their office is orderly and John has an amiable, low-pressure sales approach that's geared to building long-term customer loyalty. His lot is full of quality used vehicles and he is very busy, even on a rainy, December Saturday! When John found out that I lived an hour away across state lines, he went to great lengths to accommodate my own busy work schedule and made the purchase and title transfer process as seamless and easy as could be. John also printed out the full CarFax data for my vehicle, free of charge. The lot at Action Automotive Service has a wide selection of quality, used vehicles - not a junker in sight. The gorgeous Lincoln Town car I bought from John far exceeds my original expectations of what I could afford with my available budget. The truth is: I payed below book value for the finest automobile I have ever owned! John Rapp went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Having no vehicle to start with I couldn't go to him so he came to me for a test drive and also to pick me up for the final closing. He put in a lot of valuable time to do this and was courteous even when I messed up and cost him still more time. I thank him very much for his helpfulness and a beautiful car.
