Not happy. I wasn't told what half the things inside the car were.Have a chip out of my windshield. How do you do a 17 point inspection and not see that?

Car shopping

I was looking for a vehicle with more options. The sales associate, Jason helped me. He showed me kia soul and he helped me to get it. Boy , I do like it. He was very helpful. Thank you Jason and Dave.

Service

This dealership has excellent sales and service. The sales people are friendly and has a lot of options to offer. The service department is always friendly and very accommodating. I will recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. The new service rep has excellent service attitude. I believe her name is Marlina? I am not sure if I spelled the name right.

I was not satisfied at all. The customer service was good. But left empty handed Was told could not get a car. Needed a whole bunch of money down. They thought they could work with me. Done with all of this. And then they send call the house for a review of how my experience went. Well how do you think it went. I got no car. So it went awful. And that came from the owner. Not impressed.

Kia of East Syracuse is Great!

Our recent purchase was like coming home again. Eduardo, always the gentleman and professional, was helpful and knowledgeable, as was Gary with the business end of our transaction. Were we necessarily looking for a Kia? No, we were looking for an excellent product and honesty in the process.

Quick Service

I brought my car in for an oil change and was out the door within 45 minutes. I only made the appointment the day before and they got me right in and then on my way. I love the quick turnaround and that they can always get me in for an appointment.
