All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave me a clear understanding as to how the vehicle would be bought and registered and helped me through the process. They are all super honest. They have a great selection of cars and they were all in great condition! They cleaned my car before I drove it away too. Experience was fantastic.

this whole buying process was great. any issue I had was addressed and cleared up. The honestly are a top notch dealership! Customer service was GREATER than I expected. I had to make sure everything was solid and On point. My mom owns a shop so I know what’s right and what’s wrong. Everything was in GREAT shape surprisingly ! Usually these dealerships give you crap cars and milk you out of your money but car nova changed my mind. I love love love this place. I’m coming back in the future . I really to trust them and they valued my time and that’s very important to me.

I had a great experience here. They had magnificent staff. They were all so polite. I got free coffee ! I love my coffee ! Lol . Definitely recommending friends and family to come here ! Their cars drive and look like their all brand new and that’s the most important part. THANK YOU CAR NOVA !

Everybody was polite. Everything was pictured exactly how it is In person plus more ! I even asked for an extra picture and they sent it right away. I recommend coming here if you’re out of state and feel sketchy about a vehicle online. They show you everything in line and if you come in or choose to get it delivered it’s exactly how it is plus more.
