Pleased

The overall experience was great. Clayton and Dell the Finance Manager were friendly and fast. However we have had our car for a week now and still some issues are yet to be resolved and would like for someone to contact me.

dealership is a 10 !!!!!!!!!!!

We had an excellent experience with the purchase of our KIA The manager Steven was great. Chrisitne did all of the paperwork and got us the Sedona we wanted. The financing part was quick, easy and efficient. The finance person was very nice and knowledgeable. We definitely would recommend this dealership nd would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. This dealership is a 10!!!!!

Outstanding customer service

I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Sands Kia, used and new. The associates that assisted me were always nice, honest and very patient. There may have been issues that were out of their control, but they still fought for me because it was the right thing to do. I will definitely recommend future clients to go to this location. They truly saw me as a person and not just another commission. They went above and beyond for me. I never felt pressured,in fact I was quite comfortable and welcomed. Oh, did I mention that I love my new vehicles?

My husband and I had the best experience in car buying thanks to Belham and Herb. I can not rave enough about how pleasant our experience was at Sands Kia thanks to the exceptional service and friendliness we received from Belham and Herb. If you are buying your first car or your 10th car Belham is the sales representative to see. She goes the distance and has compassion for her customers. I can't wait to go back for an oil change and say hello to the entire team at Sands Kia!!!!!

Kia Soul 2014 lease

My wife and I just leased a new Kia Soul a few weeks ago from your dealership, and we were vey impressed with all involved. George (Finance manager), Crispy Bacon (Leasing Agent) and Steve and the Parts Dept guys were outstanding to say the least. They are true professionals in their fields. We will refer our friends!!!!!!!!

Belhem is execllent salesperson. Her attentiveness and attention to detail was excellent and made the car buying experience pleasant. She went above and beyond answering our questions. She made us feel very comfortable. I will make sure I recommend Bel to future buyers. Sands is very lucky to have her on their staff. I would also like to mention Stephan in service. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a helpful, friendly and pleasant manner. KUDOS TO BOTH OF THEM
