Was looking for a small clean car that was going to get better mpg than the truck I drive and came across this 1999 Toyota Celica, so I contacted Craig and we set up a time to see the car. It was a nice clean car, and Craig told me if I wanted to take it to have my mechanic check it out he was ok with it. So I picked up the car and had my guy check it out and he told me it was a nice little car, so I bought it. Craig was great to work with and up front and honest from beginning to end. I will be checking with Craig in the future when I need another car.

I was on a time crunch to get a used car after being in a fender bender and having my car totaled by my insurance company. My daughter and I researched all avenues, made lists, checked values in Blue Book and felt prepared to look for the car. We looked via several areas, I talked with several buyers and test drove several cars. I went through the typical sales pressures and multitude of phone calls from dealerships-then I went to Indy Auto Source--it was unlike any other car buying service I had been to--Craig and his wife were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and made the whole process very easy. I was able to take the car and was told I could keep it overnight and get a feel for it. I was very impressed with the honesty and trust that was shown to me as a buyer. I took the car to have it checked out by a mechanic and the car was in excellent condition. The paperwork process that I was just dreading was very easy, fast and totally unstressful. I was totally amazed. I drove away with the car that I had been looking for and had the best buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend and buy my next car for Craig!! Our family recently purchased a 2008 Audi A6 Avant from Indy Auto Source. The experience was nothing less than A++ positive.. When we contacted Craig to discuss vehicles history, service records, and overall condition he was on it. He does his homework which allowed our family to feel more than comfortable driving 4hrs to get it. When we arrived to pick car up it was exactly as he had indiciated "Perfect"... I bought a 1998 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT from Craig Miller at Indy Auto Source. Craig and the Indy Auto Source team were kind, courteous, honest and never pushy. I found Indy Auto Source through various internet searches while looking for a used Tacoma. I found a 2004 Tacoma that seemed very nice and at a reasonable price, so I made an appt to go see it. Later when I saw the truck I was impressed with the cleanliness and condition, it was exactly as presented on the website. Craig was very knowledgeable of the truck and I felt absolutely no sales pressure. The only issue I found on the test drive was a noisy rear wheel bearing. Craig offered to have that issue resolved the next day. A few days later we sealed the deal and Craig and Dawn delivered it to my home 50+ miles away. I would not hesitate to do business with Indy Auto Source again. Great people to do business with!

I had bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Craig and Dawn in October 2013. I had been researching for quite a while and knew which listings had value. Craig offered a car in great condition and priced right. He was polite, friendly and helpful throughout the process. His professionalism shined through. No high pressure sales pitch, nor the sordid encounter you receive from most larger dealers. He was honest about the car's reconditioning (minimal) prior to listing it. He gave me plenty of time to test drive and evaluate the car as well. Negotiations were refreshingly open and honest including possibility of trade-in. I got the sense he really searches for a "win-win" scenario for both parties. His office is clean and hospitable and shows his passion for cars -- pictures of cars he sold with their new owners. His wife, Dawn, was a joy to chat with while we combed over the paperwork. I arrived at Indy Auto Source at 1:30pm and left at 3pm with a new car, keys and paperwork! I will always seek best car and price for my future buys, and I have the sense that Craig is able to out-compete the major dealers on an individual basis. Add to it the comfortable buying process and this becomes a enthusiastic recommendation to anyone interested in a new car.

We've met Craig in the past through him helping our daughter and her husband find a suitable van for their family. Craig and Dawn are the nicest people. Our youngest daughter came with us to purchase a Nissan Murano that Craig had taken in on trade in. She remarked it was like sitting down with an old friend. Given that particular daughter is 26, I would say that is quite a compliment. Craig made sure everything was working right with the vehicle and Dawn helped by doing a lot of reconditioning so that it looked newer than it was. Great experience and great people. This was a great experience for myself and my daughter. Having experienced a bad purchase on Craig's List last year, I was worried about buying a car for my daughter. Every father wants a good safe car for their children and Indy Auto Source made this a very comfortable experience. They know cars and are willing to help when needed. Give them a chance and they will make it a great experience. You cannot imagine how many compliments my daughter has received on her 2003 Ford Escape.
