These folks are very friendly and helpful. I don't think that I have ever had any car sales person be as helpful and sincere when buying a vehicle. We bought ,this vehicle as is and when I called back to ask about a problem, they answered as if it was their problem and took care of it. They really cared! Craig and Dawn were fantastic in selling us a 2009 outlook. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used car and don't want the typical "car shopping" experience. Would buy from them again if I lived closer to Indy.

I experienced excellent service from Craig and have known both he and Dawn for a long time. Craig did such an excellent job of repairing my vehicle!!! I had the rear tailgate handle and brake pads replaced. I was very impressed with the service performed, the level of customer service provided by picking up and dropping my vehicle at my work, and the fact that I paid a fraction of the cost in comparison to the dealership. I had worked with Craig and Dawn in the past, and I knew them to find great deals on vehicle purchases for many people. I recently ran into Craig, and he mentioned he expanded the business to include vehicle servicing. I was ecstatic because I was in the process of getting estimates from a local dealership for those repairs and routine maintainance. The estimates the dealership gave were 5 times the price Craig charged, and Craig showed me the receipt for the part from the dealership. That was the comical part of it. The dealership told me that the part was the majority of the cost of the repair. The cost of the part was in fact about 10% of the estimate the dealership provided. The timing couldn't have been better to run into Craig, and honest business practices go a long way in my book. Thank you so much for taking care of my car and being an honest businessman. You and Dawn are the best!

This was the first satisfying overall car buying experience I have had in my 50+ years. The owner was upfront and honest on everything about the car. I was given a very fair trade amount for my car and the financing he recommended was quick & easy with an interest rate well below my bank. He did an excelent job repairing some scratches on a side door. There were no surprises on the day of delivery with the car or the amount financed.

First of all, I don't think I could top this experience! Craig is so knowledgeable and he will prove it to you. I found out that the car I was looking at had the same crash test safety ratings and got better gas mileage than my previous car. The car was in great condition and Craig did some minor repairs to get it in the best possible shape. This is the way car buying should be; scam-free, stress-free, just friendly and helpful service!
