I recently purchased a 2009 jeep rubicon from Indy Auto Source, and it was the best car buying experience i have ever had. When you contact the dealership you talk directly to the owner. He went out of his way to help me and offered to deliver the vehicle to my house. Craig is a one of a kind car dealer. I will contact him any time i need a car. Thank you Indy Auto source.

We went shopping for a used car for my daughter as a surprise. We stopped by the store room as Craig was about to close. We mentioned which car we liked and he offered to take us to his home to see the car. Not many companies invite you to their home. We met Dawn and she was sweet and personable. Craig went out of his way to show every option that this car came with. We took it for a test drive and loved it. There was no pressure to buy what-so-ever. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable and we were sure we wanted this car. We filled out the paperwork the next day and they drove it to our residence. He changed the oil , washed, waxed, power washed the engine compartment and made sure the tires and brakes were good to be driven on. I couldn't ask for a nicer couple to close this transaction with. They are both a treat to work with. We had a speaker go out and Craig went and purchased a new one and had it installed for us. Cant beat the service. I have already passed out 3 cards to potential buyers. You cant go wrong dealing with Craig and Dawn. Thanks you guys my daughter still is raving about it. :)

We found a awesome Jeep Wrangler at Indy. Auto Source. Craig was very quick getting with us to show us the jeep. He met us after hours due to our driving distance after work. It was a cold rainy night and he had the Jeep inside, dry and clean for us to look at in a well lit facility. We were impressed at how he pointed things out to us with the jeep and even offered a creeper to us to use to slide up under the Jeep so we could also see everything from the bottom side up. He helped us out by getting with our credit union and doing all of the necessary paper work for us, while we were at work. The night we got the Jeep, he and his wife even drove it over to a half way point to meet us, to save us another hour and a half drive to Carmel from our Richmond home. The whole experience was a CLASS ACT, we were VERY satisfied with Craig and Indy Auto Source! We will send friends to him for business in buying a vehicle......12/21/11

I wasn't seriously in the market, but bought a beautiful Corvette because it was pristine, the buying process was simple, and Craig was wonderful to work with. We will definitely go back to Indy Auto Source for our next vehicle.

Craig at Indy Auto Source made our vehicle purchase a breeze. No gimmicks, no added costs and no games. After the sale, a couple of issues came up on the vehicle we purchased. Craig purchased the parts and drove to our work location twice and fixed the problems on-site. I can't see one of those big dealerships providing that kind of service. Our overall experience was great, and it was nice to deal with a genuinely nice person in Craig. Indy Auto Source will be first on our list when we look for our next vehicle.
