will never return

i will never bring my car back there for service. 125 dollars to be told what i already knew was wrong after an 8 hour wait when i had an appointment. they should spend less time making waffles & more time taking care of customers needs.

Beats most on trade in

Got the best trade in value by far on our F150...They located the Explorer we wanted for us...Had a few hiccups in the paperwork but overall satisfied.

"New FX4 F150 Lariet"

My husband knew the pickup he wanted with special details including the engine size. We arrived at Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita and approx 4 hours later he had his pickup thanks to Doug. That is super fast service. There was a hiccup but in the end he had the color, style and engine size he asked for. Doug was good about keeping us in the loop and following up. Finance, interest rate.......

New Vehicle Purchase

We would like to acknowledge our wonderful car buying experience on January 08, 2019. Excellent team work from John Dotts, Jeff, Devin Foster, Ken Sens, Justin Frazier, and Glenn Williams. Their knowledge, efficiency and friendly, pleasant attitudes made purchasing a vehicle at Rusty Eck Ford easy and stress free! It was a pleasure doing business with each of them.

New truck

My husband bought a truck from Andrew, he was very helpful and didn’t try to push us into anything we didn’t need. He’s also followed up to ensure that everything was going well and taken care of.

Excellent Custome Service

I am writing this review to specifically recognize Director of Customer Service Ken Sens and Recon Manager Chris Axe. I purchased a used 2016 F150 in November 2018. In December, I discovered the passenger side carpet was wet after a heavy rain. At the same time the touch screen display froze. I went to the dealership and met with Ken Sens, who immediately responded to my concerns. Ken showed me how to reboot my touch screen system and then made sure my mobile phone was linked back to the Bluetooth. He could have stopped at that point having resolved my issue, but then he spent a significant amount of time teaching me how to reboot the system and use the various features within the screens. I really appreciated the amount of time he devoted to teaching me about the touch screen display. After helping with the display, Ken introduced me to Recon Manager Chris Axe who addressed the wet passenger side carpet. Chris Axe examined my truck carpet and immediately knew the probable cause – blocked drain tubes connected with the sunroof. Within an hour Chris verified the issue was a blocked drain tube and had drainage tube cleared. He asked to keep the truck overnight so that he could have the carpet and padding properly dried. Ken Sens arranged for a rental car paid for by Rusty Eck Ford. The next afternoon Chris had completed the drying process and the testing for leaks. When I picked up my truck, Chris explained how the drain tubes worked and recommended I have them blown out each time I had the oil changed. He also encouraged me to call him if I noted any further issues after another rain. Since that time I have driven through several hours through a blowing rain and have not experienced any issues with wet carpet. I truly appreciate Ken and Chris for their excellent customer service. Happy with my new ride!!!

I have been looking for a new car for a while but not always happy with the process you have to go through to buy one. When we went to Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita we expected the same push and shove game but was very happy with the friendly welcome and all the help from our salesman(Doug Ford). He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the truck we bought and was very helpful during the whole process.

Happy enough to buy a new ride

I called Rusty Eck about a Chevy Colorado that my wife found on Facebook. The salesman we initially spoke to on the phone never came to the desk to meet with us, instead we dealt with Doug Ford. Doug was great to work with, he answered all our questions, received permission for us to take the truck off the lot for an extended period of time, and when we couldn't agree on a price, he went to the general manager the next morning and worked on our behalf too negotiate a price that was acceptable to us and the dealership. We won't be looking for a vehicle for a while but if anyone reading this review goes in to Rusty Eck to look at a car only use Doug Ford as the salesman, he'll work for you to get the best deal possible.

Easy to deal with and quick purchase

They had the truck we wanted but trade in value, price, and finance rate was the three factors. Doug Ford and Elijah Silverman went to work on this for us. They met are needs and made it a simple transaction. Quick and easy buying experience.

Rusty Eck review

Doug Ford was our sales man, and he was great to work with. He was very nice, welcoming and informative about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing and was able to answer any questions that we had. We enjoyed working with him. Some of the others working there seemed not to be very welcoming or inviting to the dealership. That would be one of the only complaints about going to Rusty Eck.
