Oil Change
I was sent to the Quicklane for service, it was very fast the staff there was super friendly. However, I was a little disappointed that my vehicle wasn't washed with the service, previous dealerships always included that with my oil changes, also, my valve stem covers were not put back on to my passenger side tires.

I have no title
Working with salesperson was very good. Financial person was very good also. Your process takes too long in my opinion. You need to give your salespeople more latitude to make decisions. There is absolutely no reason for the need to go back and forth with their "sales manager". If you trained your people properly, that would not be needed. It's not rocket science. I've been in sales for over 30 years and been quite successful at it. You need to rethink the process. By the way I have purchased quite a few vehicles or Rusty Eck.

Oil change
I was disappointed in the knowledge of the staff concerning my purchased warranty plan. When I made the appointment for oils change, the receptionist told me that if they checked the windshield wipers and found they needed to be replaced, that my extended warranty package would cover it. Then, indeed they did replace my blades and told me my warranty did NOT cover them, so I had to pay for them. ?

Great Service
Stewart is a wonderful customer service representative. Rusty Eck Ford should be lucky to have someone who is a good listener, knows his information to answer questions, and gets the job done well. Good technicians that made my car look nice inside and out, and felt safe driving my car again!

bought a 16 Escape. this is my 5th vehicle that I bought here. This experience was so much better than any other time. they was not pushy or rude at all.
