I've dealt with many car dealerships over the years, and would rather go for an all-night root canal than buy a car. However, Sales Professional ADAM KUNTZ turned a dreaded event into one of the most positive car-buying experiences of a lifetime. Our salesman Travis Ditch worked very hard to find us what we were looking for , he answered all of our questions , he sent us many e-mails informing us about the f-150 , he sent us an approximate price difference , we decided to call and tell him that we wanted to come and see the truck !!! We met Travis , took the truck for a test drive !! We settled on a price , he introduced us to Matt Phillips in financing ,he explained many things to us that NO ford dealer has ever explained to us before , we have purchased a number of new fords in the past !! We learned a lot !! It was a Great to meet these two young men , they made our new truck purchase VERY NICE !! Ken Spencer !! P.S. Very professional and quick experience. Internet purchase and lot vehicle review was very helpful and supported my 4th vehicle purchase from Rusty Eck.

Would like it ifthey would check the vehicle before bringing it around as I had to have them go clean the seats off because there was grease/dirt where the technician had set. I saw/heard the service writer ask the tech to vacuum my car and watched him look like he did it, but it was not done. It's that, or the canister was so full that nothing picked up. As far as the actual work done, I am satisfied.
