The staff was very good. I was disappointed that they didn't run the sweeper in my car when I went before they did that and that was great.

Good buying experience
There was a tire pressure check that kept coming on for over a month. I had my wife ask about it. They said there was a nail in the tire, but fixed it without talking to her first. It's always nice to keep your customers informed instead of just doing something without asking them!!!!!

Great Service
I went to another oil lube on the west side of Wichita (close to where I live). They finished my Kia really quickly and not even a Thank You. The service I have with Rusty Eck oil Lube. Makes me feel welcomed. I always feel great knowing that my Kia is in good hands. Even if I have to drive the extra ten miles (live in Maize). I will continue coming to Rusty Eck for any service I need. Keep up the good work Mrs Quentin Cannon

I purchased a 2015 F150 and I like it. I had a 2013 F150 but unfortunately it was totaled by a School Bus so I have always give my feedback on my service at Rusty Eck and like I have said previously I have been so well pleased with my service from Chris Fontes that is why I return to purchase from Rusty Eck. Chris has been in the heavy truck service before your new facility and I had a F350 back then and have had consistent good service. I am really really pleased with the way my salesman at Rusty Eck treated me when I came in to look at what I could do to replace my 2013 that was totaled and Nick Valentine waited on me and took good care of me. I really thank Nick for the good treatment and the explanation of the vehicle that he sold me. I rate Nick in sales a 10. But again, service is so so important to me. That is my measurement of any dealership and I rate that a 10.

Quick Service & Friendly Staff
I went to QuickLane for The Works-the staff that greeted me were all very friendly. The oil change on my car was completed in less than 45 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise.
