runaround

never be back. My new 20013 muatang gt was pick up on 12/28/2013. Had a drivers seat with damage and damage to front bumper. After many talks with everyone except mr eck. The staff. gave in and let me have a new bumper and leather seat back. I will never go back to rusty eck ford .hope you save time and money, and better luck. mike miller

The Best Ford Customer Service in Kansas

Rusty Eck Ford has always been frugal, friendly, curteous, and fair in repairing my car. Thanks to employees like Glenn Williams, Brandon Clark, Chris Fontez and other mangers and service men and woman, my car is kept running well. These employees are customer advocates who look for answers to problems and questions we have, even to the point of suggesting less expensive repairs that are safe, instead of costly charges. Both my wife and I feel we have an extended perosnal relationship with Rusty Eck especially through Glenn Williams who guides us with his his kind, friendly, and wise suggestions as to how to repair our vehicles. Thanks you Glenn and Rusty Eck Ford

Excellent Service

Chris ordered a part we needed for our Edge and called us as soon as it came in. He met me in the driveway and got my car in and out in less than an hour. Heater works great now and I appreciate the personal service from Chris. Also left with a clean car. Thanks to Chris and the mechanic who got me in and out so quickly.

Excellent Customer Service

My family currently has two Ford vehicles and we do 100% of our service with Rusty Eck Ford. Over the last five years, every experience has been exceptional; this in large part is due to Glenn Williams. Glenn always provides a professional and courteous experience! I cannot say enough about the Rusty Eck Service Team and the quality they provide!

quick lane charges but don't do the work

Had bought the service plan on my f150. Took it into be service every 6 months. Well I knew my 2 u r mark was coming up called to see when it expired told as long as I did it that month lie#1 did 4 days after my 23rd was up. Lie#2 they said that my brake pads were at 9 mm. Looking at my past that mention that they actually grew. #3 lie told me that the wipers were in excellent condition. The driver side had about a 4 inch cut in them and didn't clean at all. When I pointed that out the guy got attitude with me and said well do they clean he jumped in saw they didnt. And said for 25.99 we can change them for you. Who knows what else they did or didn't change . Not even sure if the oil was changed. Was told if I would like I can comeback and have it done again. To be honest not sure if there is a. Honest dealership for service

Horrifying

I walked in just to look and stated that I may get a car if I got a good deal, and thought I was until I looked it up ... they Priced a 2014 Ford Fiesta S at 12,999 and told them I wouldn't pay anymore then 10,999 so the manager Mark Feninsteel (assuming his last name is spelt that way), told me this is the deal while paying off my 1991 Mustang GT 5.0 which I had a loan for $4,000. Also stated I would pay $150 for the first year, then it would go up to $308. So I agreed since I was having trouble with the Mustang, and then when I went in to finish finance paperwork found out I was horribly lied to, my payments were going to be $308 at the start! And they hadn't payed off my Mustang yet so I took the Fiesta to Mel Hamilton Ford and they disagreed stating it was well overpriced at a total of $22,000 including the negative equity from the Mustang ... They are Crooks and will not be returning! Had friends that were going to go there and they decided otherwise, told them to go to Mel Hamilton, where I got a different vehicle at a good price and they followed my guidelines of payments. Then when I went to pick up the Mustang it had damage and missing emblems and shifter knob, they give Ford a BAD name and shouldn't be labeled a Ford Dealership!

Service dept-Zack Boucher kudos!!

Bought our 2014 Ford Fusion 1 year ago, since then 2 of our friends have bought cars from Rusty Eck Ford and we are taking a family member there this weekend to look for a car. Zack Boucher has been our service advisor for the three oil changes we have had so far and is always accommodating and courteous. Rusty Eck is not the dealership it used to be... It is better by leaps and bounds! Keep up the good work!

Environmental Engineer
