Scheduled service

I made an appointment to bring my 2013 f-150 in for 5000 mile service. They were very flexible with my schedule. I dropped the truck off and picked it a couple of hours later. I was in the service dept. less than five minutes. In that time kennedy explained to me what was done and even took care of some sync updates I was unaware of. This is the fifth new ford I have purchased from rusty Eck. This is one reason why I bought four f-150 and one edge sel. I am treated like I matter to them and they care about my business .

They helped me when I was stuck!

My car wouldn't start when I finished my shopping at the nearby Target store. I noticed Rusty Eck Ford and decided to walk over to see if they could help me while I waited for my family to come pick me up. Rami grabbed a jump box and walked with me to my car. He got it started but when it wouldn't stay running when the box was taken off, he drove it over to the Quick Lane with the box on it. He called me the next day as he said he would with the diagnosis and price. My car was fixed quickly and efficiently. Rami even remembered who I was when I picked up my car the next day. It was a very good experience and am thankful for the "Above and Beyond" customer service I received from Rami.

THE BEST SERVICE ADVISOR IN TOWN! WHERE ELSE? AT RUSTY ECK!

Rusty Eck is as good as your going to get as far as amenities in any dealership. Yes, they still have the aggravating back and forth selling process that makes you want to scream! But, as a long ago sales and service individual for Ford, I can tell you there is nothing else out there. No matter what the ads tell you...it has not changed in eons and probably never will! So, go for the amenities and a good attitude with a smile. Service, Customer Relations, restaurant employees, even Finance bends over backwards to make your experience a pleasant one. And, in all fairness, Sales would probably do the same if allowed by "The Tower" (sales management). Also, selection, be it cars, trucks, SUVs, or service vehicles is large and if it's not a fit, they'll find it! Then, finance it, fix it, paint it, service it, wash it and even help you love it! Plus, my Service Advisor, Adriane Correa, is one of the best. She is efficient, pleasant, precise, and knows me when I walk in the door. Even after just the second time she saw me. Women should be advised to request Adriane if you feel the least bit leery about talking with a Service Rep. She talks our language and will always treat you with respect and understanding! She's definitely my kind of gal!!!. FORD is number 1! and so is Rusty Eck!! Done

Excellent service

Very friendly and courteous. I will ask for mike next time and get his business card. Always good service at rusty Eck and my special needs son loves the game room!

THANK YOU !!!

So, I took my 2013 Fusion in for an oil change and had a great experience thanks to Adriane Correa in the Service Department. She was awesome !!! The following day, I received a call from Nick Valentine about the 2014 Fusions and 0% financing. My dad and I went in on Saturday just to visit with Nick and see what my options were in upgrading. Nick was GREAT to work with and found me the Fusion I had wanted all along with the EcoBoost engine. IT ROCKS !!!!!!!!! I thought my experience could not get any better until I went to meet with Brandon Rising in the Finance Department. Brandon, even though he was a Raiders fan and I was a Chiefs fan...LOL, was also amazing to work with. The entire experience was great and I love my 2014 Fusion even more than I did my 2013, which I didn't think was possible. Went back in today to have remote start put on my 2014, and once again, Adriane was fantastic. A HUGE THANKS TO ADRIANE, NICK AND BRANDON !!!!!!!!!!!! I can't thank you enough for making me feel WAY more important than the almighty dollar !!! I look forward to working with you for many years to come. :o)

savior in a crisis

When our F150 stalled, Chris Fontes guided us to road assistance and kept us informed of the progress. He is always professional and courteous and the reason we continue with Rusty Eck service!

Chris Fontes

I have always had the attitude that I don't like dealing with Auto dealers, both in the purchase of vehicles AND the after purchase service. WELL, I am a convert, since I bought my F-150 from Rusty Eck. A lot of that is due to the way Chris Fontes has handled the service experiences. Chris is truly a gentleman and he makes me feel like I am one of his favorite customers. He is open about the needs of the vehicle, versus the desire to just sell me anything he thinks possible. I truly trust him when he tells me of the suggested work to be done, and he never is pushy about convincing me to do something that may not be necessary right at that time. He is very friendly and he always remembers my name and makes me feel like he really cares. He is also very thoughtful in letting me know of any discount coupons that may be available which will help reduce my costs a few dollars. I LIKE THIS GUY and he is one HUGE reason that I continue to do my service on that F-150 at the dealer rather than going to a private mechanic somewhere in town!!!

Glenn Williams

Glenn Williams was very courteous both on the phone and in person. What really surprised me is he knew who I was when I walked in even though we had never met. Not only did he handle the recall notice, he did my 36 month service and called to report another problem they had found. This saved me an additional trip to the dealership. I felt like I was in very capable hands.

Great Job Kennedy!

My Ford Escape broke down at a very innopportune time for current work situation. When I first contacted Ford about the issue, I was informed that it would be another day till Ford could get to it. I explained my dire need Kennedy said he would try to get it done. Well he pulled it off! Well done Kennedy! Thank you Team Ford! Great job!

Mike made it easy for my car to be checked out for a part recall. He was able to get me in and out quickly, and explain the process to me. I always go to Rusty Eck for any service and can't imagine going anywhere else.
