Service Advisor concept is a good one!

I was a little leary when I heard that I would have a "service advisor" but I'm not anymore. Chris Fontes has been selected as my service advisor & I tell you, he is awesome. He is very polite and friendly and took good care of me. I will recommend this approach and this dealership to my friends and family. Thanks Chris!

New Service tech

we were used to our prior service tech, but he was promoted to a higher position in the company for obvious reasons. He was good at what he done. I was a little skepticle with a new service tech but Adriane Correa has calmed my concerns with her knowledge and her ability to calm the situation. She is doing a great job in an obvious male dominated position and she holds her own there. She knows her stuff and gave us options on our repairs.

Way Above Expectations; Duplicate Key Programmed

Dropped in to reschedule, earlier (i.e. was planned for a couple of days later), service to program a duplicate ignition key for my car. Chris Fontes said "how about now"? The service department was busy but he immediately handled the coordination needed to promptly get the car checked in and the key was programmed within about 45 minutes (and I was on my way). Chris went above and beyond what I ever expected and made things much easier for me, by getting the work done early and out of the way. Thank you!!

thank you for great sales person

We would like to take moment to thank Jd Hansen for the BEST ever buying a new vehicle experience. WOW even for a holiday day when banks are closed... we selected the truck, had to get gas, did a test drive.... on the turnpike. Settled on price and payments. And then Joe (in finance) had us signing on all the lines, while Jd was having the truck detailed and then had a quick run through on lots of the gadgets like syncing the phone...... We were on our way home in less than 2 1/2 hours. That was unbelievable!!!! THANK YOU!!!! Jd you are a VERY pleasant person to work with. Thoughtful, knowledgeable. You listened to our wants on both the truck and finances. We appreciate.

Labor Day Allstars; Purchasing my Ford Fiesta

When most of us were having a three day weekend, Andre Hernandez was responding to my email around midnight (night before Labor Day) in efforts to help me find a drive-to-work car within budget. He promptly called me the following morning and we met shortly thereafter. Andre (with some assistance from Jeff Nienke and Manny Macias) worked enthusiastically to make things happen and eventually I drove away with the car needed and which also met all my criteria. I was absolutely impressed by the "we can and want to make you a satisfied customer" attitude by these people; I can easily say I've never experienced this kind of service before when buying a vehicle. Andre (and team) went to bat for me; I got the vehicle needed and at the exact price asked for. These guys will work with you - Thanks gentlemen!

Superior Service

We have two vehicles purchased at Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita, KS. They have provided all our service work since purchasing the vehicles. We have never bee less than 100% satisfied with any service provided. Chris Fontes is an exemplary representative of what good customer service should be everywhere. He gets it and he delivers. His estimates of time in completion are always spot on. He also helps with rebates and credits to make sure we have quality as well as value for our service. The service team is simply outstanding.

Taking care of my 2003 Ford F-150

Chris Fontes was great again taking care of the 2003 Ford F-150. When I talk to friends I recommend Rusty Eck for service and give them Chris's name to contact. Chris has taken care of my truck since I bought it new in 2003. He is customer oriented and friendly.

Going above and beyond

If you're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service experience, look no farther than Zach Boucher at Rusty Eck Ford. Zach has kept my 2010 Escape in great working order since i first purchased it. When i have brought it in for service he makes sure the job is done right and has even pointed out other issues that i might want to address. On my last visit he noticed some front bumper damage that I was not aware of. He took care of getting a repair estimate and gave me a contact if i chose to repair it. He is outstanding at his job. I will continue to come back because of the service he gives.
