Oil Change / Transmission Flush

Had to go to quick lane as the other part was too busy. Service at quick lane was impressive. After oil change was done was told transmission fluid needed changed. They were able to squeeze me in right on the spot so I could get it done. Will be going back there again. Rami also processed the mail in rebate for me which was awesome. I don't recall a recall being done on a Ford vehicle since I have owned one so I hope that trend continues.

I had repair work done on a F -150

I worked with Chris Fontez. He was very professional. He communicated well. He understands customer service. He was able to provide a cost estimate and it was spot on. He also made arrangements for me to rent a vehicle on site.

great service

I recently had to have my tires replaced because of excessive wear. I went in to talk to Chris Fontes, he was very courtious, knowledgeable and helpful. He made me feel comfortable about the choice I made. He was the best experience I have had from a dealer in a long time. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my choice before the work was preformed. He kept me advised throughout the process. I will use Chris and Rusty Eck again

Excellent Personal Care

Thank you Chris Fontes for your attention to our service needs. This, as always, was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate all the amenities offered at Rusty Eck, but the personal touch is most appreciated.

Beware of Manny and Steven

I originally thought of Rust Eck due to I travel thru Wichita monthly headed North for buisness and one time before I was having trouble with my Ford pickup and brought it in on my way thru and they warranty worked it and got me back on the road in and out with nothing but a smile. First of all I have 5 star rating for Alyssa Holler and Jeff Neink. Both did a great job, but thats where it stopped. Spent most of the day on Friday dealing with a finance mgr named Manny, he was telling me what my payoff was and making assumptions with out looking at trade in as well NOT knowing what payoff was. Said my payment would be around $150 higher than what it came to be after a long ordeal. I asked Manny how he came up with such a awful high price and to share his math. Manny wouldnt do it , very rude so I asked what my % interest rate would be if I finiace thru them knowing I have excellent credit again he wouldnt tell me. I told him how again could he figure if he wouldnt share his math. Apparently this guy needs help from my 10 yr old son. So I hung up then got a text from Alyssa appoliging for Manny rude behavior and asking for a second chance. Alyssa seemed very upfront and I assme must have had similiar problems with Manny in the past.I told Alyssa I needed to be $500 or under she said she spoke with here finance guy about my % interest and he laughed assuring her he would get us in the car we picked out for $500 or less and beat y interst rate. So I drove 4 hours from Oklahoma Saturday afternoon to come and check into a car. Once I got there Alyssa was busy with another customer, so Jeff took over and did a great job. We worked out a deal finally I could live with on inital price and trade value. It is now around 10:00 and I'm off to my next unforseen jerk in finance Steven Hardcastle whom seemed very upset and unfrendly to that fact that he had to stay late as they close at 9:00pm and it was 10:00 pm. He had paperwork ready to sign, he said my payment was $537. I said the only reason I drove this far was to beat surronding area and be at the range of $500. I told him I was done and would just take my original car and go elsewhere. Come to find out he was trying to give me a %6+ interest rate with my exellent credit I got the zero % thru Ford thus bringing my payments way down below $500. He was very pissy the rest of our meeting and unfriendly. The sale staff I dealt with both were very nice and respectful. Rusty Eck really needs to evaulate Manny and Steven performance as they almost lost a customer twice! I run a company as well and I would reprimand any of my staff that treats our customers the way the finace staff at Rusty Eck treated me. I will recommend this only for the fact of my dealing with sevice in the past as well Alyssa and Jeff.

Thank you

The service was outstanding and quick on my 2012 raptor. The came out the same day I called to pick it up to get it fixed. Kennedy did an outstanding job keeping me informed about the progress of my truck. I will bring my truck back to Kennedy every time I need work done. Thank you again.

One of the Best!

I have had many of vehicles serviced at various locations in Wichita and Rusty Eck has the best price along with the best customer service.

BEST SERVICE GUY EVER

Chris Fontes at Rusty Eck Ford has helped my for over 8 years or so through all my mustangs I have owned, my sons car and other relatives cars! He is fast, friendly and gives it to you straight up!

Excellent Customer Service

Adriane Correa & Glen Williams in Rusty Eck's Service Department keep me buying my vehicles there. They have serviced my vehicles snce 1997 and I am always happy with they way I am treated as well as the repair & service on my vehicles. They just finished another service & repair last week for me and I felt went above & beyond to make everything go smoothly. This customer is 100% satisfied and will keep coming back!
