We went to the dealership for a service appointment on our current Ford vehicle. While waiting, Bryan W. had a seat and quickly started talking about Ford vehicles. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In conversation we spoke about a couple of different vehicles I had been considering and he quickly brought them around for us to view. Everything was handled professionally and quickly and we were on our way home in a new vehicle before we realized it. Rusty Eck also reimbursed us for the wiper blades we purchased for the vehicle we were having serviced that day. If you are interested in Ford vehicles, Bryan W. should be able to tell you all about them and their features. Great person to do business with!

We took our Edge in for service and the problem was dealt...

We took our Edge in for service and the problem was dealt with quickly. I even asked to have some wiper blades installed since the vehicle was there and they took care of it without any problems. Anytime our vehicle has been in for service, from a simple oil change to something being checked out, we were well taken care of. Be careful though, we went in for a quick navigation update and wiper blades and ended up leaving with a new vehicle :0) I will leave another review for Bryan W. who simply sat down to chat while we were waiting.

I once again took my 2008 F150 in to the Quick Lane for...

I once again took my 2008 F150 in to the Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. Chris Larkin greeted me with a smile and took care of all my needs. Every oil change I have done on my truck has been done at Rusty Eck Ford and the service remains the same - Excellent!!! I greatly appreciate being appreciated by the sales person and Chris showed that the whole time I was there. Great service and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Happy, happy, happy!

I went to Rusty Eck for an oil change on Jan 22, 2014. Cody Hobbs greeted me once I entered and ask how he could help. I related I needed my oil changed and he said he could help me. He went to my vehicle, checked the mileage and informed me I may need the transmission fluid flushed as part of my 30K mile service. All through the whole visit he and Chris Larkin kept me informed of the status of my service and if a delay occurred let me know reasons why. I felt like a part of the family and appreciated for bringing my vehicle in for service. It's just another reason why I always come to Rusty Eck for service and will see them for my next vehicle. Thanks again for a great job, gentlemen!

I was actually surprised at how nice it all...

I was actually surprised at how nice it all went,can't tell you how many dealer ships we walked out of.I note would be nice to fill these out after the loan settles it been about 3 weeks and i still paying on the car i don't own..

NO Response

In December 2013 I sent 2 inquiries about the availibility of a couple of cars. NO RESPONSE. In January I sent another inquiry. NO RESPONSE. I noticed they NEVER respond to any of these comments. No even a thank you for the customers that gave a good review. Business must be good. I will go elsewhere.

Our tire pressure light came on. Took our vehicle to...

Our tire pressure light came on. Took our vehicle to Rusty Eck there Quck Lane. They found a nail in the inside of the tire and had to replace it. Brandon verified we had tire service, so he got authorization, ordered the new tire. Once we got the tire from the Warehouse they immediatey put the new tire on. They do Outstanding work there and always very professional. We have been to our Service centers and Rusty Eck outshines them all. Buddy & Madonna

We had a very good experience with Chris when we had our 2013 focus in for the 14000 mile service. Chris explained what services that would be preformed and what the cost before the services started. Chris was very professional in his dealings with us;
