Way to pushy and aggressive. Would not accept no as an answer. I thought I was gonna have to start yelling for them to let us leave, people were coming out of the woodwork to talk to us as we started to leave, that kept stalling us after I told them we needed to leave. All though they kept coming down on their price and it was good really good but I wanted to learn more about the car do some research and talk to other people about that type of car test drive more than just a spin in their parking lot learn more about how the computer thing works and see if I thought it was user friendly to me.

i know there is a lot of bad things out there said about rusty eck and how they do business but we live in fall river and for them to pay a outside guy to tint our windows instead of coming all the way back was great. and vickie took very good care of us cancelling our extended warranty that was i guess lost in all their paperwork they have to do was wonderful now we can get a lower interest rate with our bank she is the woman to call if you have a problem and see if she can help sometimes she can and sometimes she will not be able to but she will get you to the right person to help you. thanks so much for the great car and we had loads of fun buying it.

Was looking for a truck and finaly found one sat down with them and did all the paperwork and even went to take out the money for the down payment and waited for 3 hours and my husband missed word for them to come back and tell us oh we cant give u the turk for so and so... was so mad because of all the time waisted there for nothing never going back because this was not the first time they do this to us so disappointed!!!! And also the manager wouldnt come out to speak to use talk about being unprefecinal..

My wife and I came there to look at a car that was on the internet only to find it was already sold. They really need to update their internet listing quicker. So then they showed us a car that just came in, but would not let us drive it until the next day. When we came back we were told the car was sold. By this time I had lost any faith in Dempsey being able to find us a car. My wife and I decided to give them another chance to find us a car. This time they did find one. Now we asked for new tires to be installed and they did only the two front ones with some off-brand that can't be matched. The tires they left as is in which one had a blister on the inside and should have been changed. We had to buy two new tires. They also only provided one key fob and didn't explain to us the key that was hidden nor did they get the other key from the original owner. If we loose the fob we will be SOL. A new one cost about $200.00 at the dealership. Overall the sales dept attitude seemed reluctant at best. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I go back to them.

My experience with Rusty Eck Ford and the sales team was truly a great experience. Justin and Adam were great with working with my needs for a new, reliable, economical but stylish car. I purchased the 2014 Ford Focus SE Hatchback and I am so happy I chose this car. I will recommend other people I know and I will make my future purchases there. Justin gave me a great experience by giving me the Pros and Cons of both cars I test drove. Adam was great with keeping in contact without being over bearing. THANK YOU both for a great experience!!

Looking for a car for my son. Did online credit application and immediately began getting numerous emails and calls daily from different people. Son tested drove car and then set up appt regarding car we were interested in and price but when showed up no one was there to help us. Finally got someone who did not seem that knowledgeable about the car we were wanting to purchase. Was looking at a new 2013 Ford Fiesta with 2000 miles. They were wanting full invoice price with $500 rebate stating the car was brand new and mileage did not matter. I was wanting the price brought down about a thousand including rebate because the 2000 miles did matter since this was either a demo or lender car. The salesperson kept demanding I sign an agreement to purchase the car and just kept wasting my time. When we got up to leave another salesperson kept stopping us to discuss why my offer wasn't good and even followed us out to the car. However if not for this awful sales experience, we would not have gone to another Ford dealer and purchased a 2014 with 5 miles, much better car, for the sale price we were offering for the first car. As a repeat customer for this dealership, I was very disappointed.
