I recently took my Ford Escape in for service @ Quicklane. Brad was the customer service rep. He was helpful, friendly and pointed out specials regarding my vehicle. I was in and out in 30 minutes---that is the type of service that will keep me coming back.

Great service
Zach is always nice & never makes us feel ignorant about vehicles. I appreciate how thorough he is in describing what will be completed. It was disappointing the car wash was not functioning as I always look forward to getting my truck back nice and clean.

Customer Service and Support
Rusty Eck Ford has one of the finest service department that is continuously striving improve. Cody Hobbs handled the service on my Ford Fusion prior to a vacation trip. An appointment was scheduled previously so upon arrival they were expecting us and handled the check-in quickly in a very friendly, courteous, and professional manner. All work was performed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of any findings. The overall experience was very positive. We have been very pleased with this dealership and is one of the reasons that most of my cars are bought here. It is people like Cody who keep customers returning for repeat visits. Job well done!

Review
I first met Chris Larkin after I purchased my vehicle in July 2013 and was experiencing some mechanical problems with the automatic transmission. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and scheduled the repair while keeeping me in formed on the progress. I again meet him when taking my vehicle in for servicing. It was the same friendly and courteous Chris.

Great Service
The Rusty Eck service center gives great service with helpful service tech's. Stuart asked no only the purpose of my visit, but additonal services he could have performed. The work was done promptly and to my satisfaction. THER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE REASON that I return to Rusty Eck for my car purchases.

2014 Ford Expedition Service
When I arrived for service they were ready for me. Glenn listened to what I wanted and said they would take care of it. After a very brief time he told me that it was complete and was ready. Glenn explained what was completed and reflected on the billing. It was under warranty, so there was no cost to me, but he still took the time to explain all of it. He showed me the inspection check sheet that showed that everything else checked out. He then took me to my Expedition (a freshly washed vehicle which I really appreciated). Overall, it was an excellent visit to Rusty Eck, and I'll continue to return for my future service trips.

Easy to schedule, Fast, Efficient Service
I found it very easy to schedule the appointment that met my needs. I was leaving town and needed to get the service completed before I left town. Zach worked with my availability. The service took less than an hour to complete, (oil change, tire rotation) and the customer waiting area has quite room where I could access the internet and do email while I waited. In addition, drinks and snacks were also available. Zach reviewed the service with me and we discussed my next service appointment and I was on my way. I really like the customer service orientation displayed by Zach and the Rusty Eck crew.

My New Explorer
Went in to Rusty Eck just to get an idea of what type of vehicle I was looking for, and walked out with a certified pre-owned vehicle that I love!!! My Explorer is a 2013 and I got it for such a great price that I couldn't leave without it!
