It's been a slow ride for me to appreciate this...

It's been a slow ride for me to appreciate this dealership....however I've met up with two amazingly helpful ppl recently making my purchasing here a better experience! Thanks guys!!!

Were too pushy, felt very uncomfortable.

Loved the vehicle, didn't care for the salesmens approach at all. Way to pushy. I left with a headache!

We had an AWESOME experience at Rusty Eck! Jeremy, Johnny and Devlyn were so helpful and took great care of us! We were able to buy us a new Ford Escape AND a cute little used car for our daughter!! We will definitely be repeat customers at Rusty Eck and would recommend this dealership to all our friends and family! Be sure and ask for Jeremy Painter or Johnny Chrisman!! Best car buying experience ever!!

Very friendly staff that worked with us extensively to ensure that we left their dealership happy and with the car that we wanted (we may have had a lot of requests!). Tony was great and wisely utilized other salesman, such as Rich, to answer any questions that he could not perfectly answer. Make sure you stop by and say hi to Cedric, as he is one of the most charismatic individuals I have ever met. If you need any help with car gadgets, such as sync, Danielle is the person to go see. Will definitely continue shopping here in the future and we strongly recommend going to Rusty Eck Ford for your next vehicle. Thanks again for your help!

Best sales person we have ever met. He made me want to...

Best sales person we have ever met. He made me want to buy a new car, and I was excited about being at a dealership for once. Steve was very knowlegable about the Focus and Escape that we were deciding between, and took great care of us. Went to two other dealerships before making the 100 mile drive and got a way better deal from Rusty Eck Ford. Worth the drive. Thanks Steve! -Happy New Escape Owner

My parents and I went to more than one dealership, and Rusty Eck Ford was by far the best. The employees were extremely friendly, and they made us a deal on a great car. I was able to get a 2009 Ford Focus for around 8500. They make sure that you can afford the car you want. I would definitely recommend going to them if you ever want to buy a car. Nick Mildfelt was our salesman, and he was amazing. He is willing to go out of his way just to make sure the customer is happy.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT RUSTY ECK FORD. OUR SALESMAN, CEDRIC HUNT, WAS POLITE, PERSONABLE AND NEVER MADE US FEEL PUSHED INTO BUYING. WE HAD OUR FORMER CAR FOR 9 YEARS AND FEEL LIKE WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE ALWAYS USED RUSTY ECK FORD SERVICE CENTER FOR ALL OF OUR CAR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. WE LOVE OUR NEW FORD FUSION AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY YEARS OF COMFORTABLE AND DEPENDABLE SERVICE. I MIGHT MENTION OUR SERVICE ADVISOR ON OUR FORMER CAR WAS GLENN WILLIAMS AND HE WAS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS AND HOPE TO HAVE HIM AS OUR ADVISOR FOR OUR NEW CAR.
