Wayne Jackson and Murray Gibson was Outstanding. The one person that Shines at Rusty Eck is Vicky McMillin, she is the Director of Customer Relations. She is above and beyond Outstanding. She should be given a raise immediately. She is the hardest worker I know. Always has a great attitude and personality second to none. Les Eck should realize is has a diamond in the ruff. He doesn't want to lose her.

We purchased a vehicle from Rusty Eck Ford last week. Before coming in, we called for information on a specific vehicle and were told it was still available. We came right in only to find that it had actually sold the night before. Thankfully Johnny Chrisman was the sales rep wh helped us out. He walked around the lot with us a bit and when we couldn't find a vehicle in our price range that we were interested in, he went the extra mile and looked at the vehicles that hadn't yet been though inspections or even been priced. He got us a great deal on a '97 Honda Accord that had only had two owners, is in really great shape and has fairly low miles considering it is 16 years old. It only took an hour and a half for him to find us a car, agree on a price and get the paperwork done. They even replaced all four tires and fixed some other concerns we had about the vehicle with no hassle! On top of that, we were given a half tank of gas for free. My husband and I are very satisfied with our purchase and with the friendly service we received at Rusty Eck Ford and we highly recommend heading there for your next vehicle. Make sure you ask for Johnny Chrisman! He is the friendliest and most honest salesman I have ever had the honor of working with.

Nick was good to work with. We got a great deal on our fusion. My wife loves the vehicle and you know what that means!!! He even gave us a full tank over gas. Golly Wally....

Terry Kaylor demonstrated outstanding communications skills he listened to me carefully, asked perceptive questions, and quickly comprehended my complex point of view on buying a new car. He implemented a highly effective and often innovative communication method. Terry displays superb verbal skills, communicating clearly and concisely. Jeremy was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for...

Jeremy was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me and at the best price...he walked in the rain to pull the vehicle up for me and keep me out of the rain. He went the extra mile to make sure I knew all of the features and how to work the SYNC system...thanks I will be back to work with him in the future!

Jeremy was very thorough. He was not pushy or high pressured and took a great approach to helping me out after a bad experience there in the past. He also made sure I found the best vehicle for my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for!

I was at Rusty Eck Ford last week wanting to look at the new Ford Fusion. I was greeted by Cameron Vo. I told her I wanted to look at the new Ford Fusion. She was very professional and respectful. Loved this dealership!! My wife and I were approached by...

Loved this dealership!! My wife and I were approached by a very knowledgable sales rep (Thomas) who asked what we were looking for and what our price range would be, and never steered us in a different direction. He was very patient driving us around the car lot to look for the right used F 150. If he did not know the milage or price, he told us he didn't know...but that he could definetly find out for us (very professional answer). We ended up getting a new Ford Edge and the F-150 4x4, both within our payment budget. We loved that the staff were able to negotiate very fair prices and work with us on our trade. Additionally, I would like to express my thanks to the entire dealership for making it a fun experience for my wife and my two year old son. Once we had decided on what we wanted and got the right price, the financing went very smooth which we appreciate since my son was in desperate need of a nap. All in all, I would fully recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a no pressure environment and very fair deals. Thanks Thomas and Rusty Eck!

Was very postive happy went out of his way to take the time for us going beyond expections made it known he wanted to listen to us to learn what are wants and needs were when we didnt even no for sure what they were. Extremely fast pace anytime had to leave us would hustle inside and out tried extremely hard.. Made sure we test drve vechile said if not like the vechile why see what he could dicount off price work out was very attentive checked up on us bought us dinner there, as well as excellent with our kid both of us felt good not left out anytime. even gave us a lotto ticket he said he would over the phone as a joke and we won... We asked questions numberous times after on his sell and he helped us with everything and became a friend to us. Seems very devoted if works for anyone else way he did for us you will see all the little extra things he does for you and anyone else because enjoys people funny witty really best thing I enjoyed was how he remember details related i some ways very open shared common interest had alot of paperwork stuff prepared from phone calls when got there took me to 2 different cars that he found thought would work prce wise and for other things asked for even otestdrive said trunk was huge he himself could fit. So when we switched seatsso I could drive litterally showed me he could easily sold me instantly on that alone laughed so hard I cried for a minute.. Recommend Nick M to anyone in market will work hard not seen a slow down gear when you say jump he is in the air already, you said you want this this this he somehow will find it for you and call you as soon as he does

I came to Rusty Eck Ford because it is near where I live....

I came to Rusty Eck Ford because it is near where I live. I wanted a 2 or 3 year old 4-door sedan that would be reliable and economical to drive. I not only drive in town, but I often take long road trips. Faleh greeted me as I arrived and then worked very hard to find exactly the right car for me. He was kind, patient and efficient. He knew the inventory extremely well and was able to answer all my questions. He worked with me to get the best price. I was very pleased with his effort and with the outcome. I would recommend the Rusty Eck Ford Dealership and Faleh as a salesman to everyone.,
