HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Went to Rusty Eck to talk about buying a used car from their online sales. These are the rudest people and make you feel really stupid and unworthy! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

howdy,howdy,im just a ol xxxxxxx/hillbilly from...

howdy,howdy,im just a ol xxxxxxx/hillbilly from augusta,in a very bad situation with a title loan on a 98 dodge truck,trying to help my kid out,getting upside down literally,i called rusty eck and a beautiful litl voice named bridget said get in here il help you,i go walking in and there at the door was beautiful litl bridget,so long story short three patient days later ,an ol guy drives up in a burgundy f150 4x4 03 that is,like new,SOLD PEOPLE,GAME OVER,.that was last december and with a few add ons,its the hottest truck in augusta,stop and stare. steve berney and bridget took good care of me and i owe both of them ,rusty eck ford and all the people on the floor were friendly to me,need i say more........yea,rusty eck is good people,as RUSTY ECK THE MAN WAS HIMSELF.....

Chris was very helpful finding us the vehicle we wanted! He was never pushy and did not try to sell us something we would not be happy with. I highly recommend Chris if you are shopping at Rusty Eck Ford.

Was looking to purchase a used 2010 Fusion Hybrid and...

Was looking to purchase a used 2010 Fusion Hybrid and Alex was able to get me a 2012 Fusion Hybrid for a couple hundred more than the used. He also has provided great follow up. Only problems I had was with lack of or poor communication regarding loan and warranty information. Contacted manager about a problem and no response however when I contacted Alex he quickly addressed it through customer services. They were also very friendly and helpful.

Went in for our 30K mi oil change and came out with a new...

Went in for our 30K mi oil change and came out with a new 2012 F150 Lariat! Thomas simply approached us while we waited and showed us the new trucks. We were impressed enough with the upgrades and trade-in of our 2009 FX4 we just bought a new one. Who said "If you don't come see me today, I can't save you any money"! We just did! :)

Whats the difference between a salesman and a sales...

Whats the difference between a salesman and a sales professional? A salesman talks and a sales professional listens. All of the guys and gals at Zeck were great. My sales representative Dennis Vaughan was 10 out of 10. Finance and service were top notch as well. Everybody went the extra mile to get me what I wanted and to make me feel good about my purchase. This is my second vehicle from Zeck and when the time comes, this is where I will get my next one.

I definitely think that Adam and the whole staff at Rusty...

I definitely think that Adam and the whole staff at Rusty Eck did a great job in trying to get me the dream car that I wanted. When coming into the facility they all were very welcoming and directed me to where I needed to be. My car needed some body work done on it and during this time I was guarenteed a rental car while my services were being done. This process was handled great and worked well with my schedule. No complaints here!!! Thank you Rusty Eck for great empolyee's!!!

Salesman was very courteous and willing to work with me. Did everything he could to help me out. He was also knew a lot about the car I bought, making it easy for me to ask questions and receive a good answer.

I used this dealership to buy and service my new truck thus far i have had nothing but great service work the accessories guys in the parts department were very helpful and the girls in sync taught me all the in's and out's i couldnt figure out... my hats off to this group of great people!
