I haven’t bought a car in almost 10 years and was prepared for a long and drawn out process. To my surprise, the entire experience from looking at cars on the lot to signing on the dotted line was as easy as it gets. Became interested in a Mazda 3 and decided to test drive one at a nearby dealer. Other dealer would only deal on the one they had on the lot, not the one they located while I was there. Next day I drove an hour to Heritage and had a great experience and bought the exact vehicle I wanted after comparing two versions of the model. The savings was well worth the hour drive. Both Sang Dang and Jodi Desell were excellent and took the time to make sure they answered all my questions and provided information I hadn't thought to ask about. I spent a little over 3 hours with Sang Dang at the Mazda dealership. We came in with high expectations and moderate knowledge with what I was looking for. Having leased 4 previous cars, we've dealt with a lot of sales personnel and have spent a lot of time researching. Sang was friendly, patient, informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He walked us through features, pricing and even took us for a test drive.
