TRaded 2012 Mazda I bought here for new car,

Very happy with features though wish I had gotten roof rack and Sirius installed. I was a bit hasty but love alerts and gas mileage.

Great Dealership- First time Mazda owner!

This was the first time I've purchased a Mazda. Absolutely loved the dealership and the people that I worked with. They even brought 2 cars down for me from another Mile One dealer for me to test drive. Gabe was fabulous to work with- funny, laid back, no-pressure and understanding on my reservations on the vehicle I didn't purchase. He also took the time to show me all of the features on the Mazda I purchased and how to use them (including syncing my phone!) Rachel was also wonderful. I've never worked with a Finance person before her who was no pressure. She showed me the options and explained the pros and cons of all of them and let me make the decision. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealer!

Good service

Good service. Sang did a great job in getting my deal done on the very day and their service is very fast. Though i asked for further discounts they explained me in detail why they can't do it below my quote. Overall am Satisfied with their response.

First Time Buyer at Heritage Mazda Towson

I would like to commend Gabe for his knowledge of Mazda vehicles & his patience. I test drove a CX3 & then went back another day to test drive a CX5, but couldn't decide on the Touring or Grand Touring model. He made me an offer on each & did his best to find the color I wanted. Finally the Manager Doug made an even better offer on a Grand Touring CX5 that was in stock & we closed the deal. They were both very professional and I didn't feel pressured at all.

Easy new car buying experience

I initially came in for a test drive of the CX-5 and Greg Lineberry helped me out. I told him I was interested but that I'd have to wait to purchase since my car was in the shop at the time. He didn't mind and was very helpful. I came back a week or two later with an appointment and Greg was able to walk my wife and I through the whole process despite having lots of other things going on. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and easy to talk to. Had to wait for the car to arrive and get ready, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Good experience

Sang Dang & Garrett Evans were reasonable and very accommodating during the buying process of our Mazda3. The entire process was friendly, not stressful, and about as smooth as these things can go. Not sure how many dealerships you can say that with, left very satisfied & happy!

Had a fantastic experience!!!! Everyone was so nice!! Walked in without an appointment, they had exactly what I was looking for, and was able to get out with the monthly payment I was shooting for!!

Excellent service

Gabe was very approachable, nice and down to earth. He knew just about everything about cars, car parts, processes ect.... Knew exactly what I needed that would balance out with what I would want down to the color of the car. best buying experience ever
