Shady.
Shady. We called and made an appointment with Frank to look at a specific car. After driving 2 hours, we arrived at the appointed time. Frank was mysteriously busy for an appointment he set so they handed us off to another person. No problem. We test drive the car and it was fine. After we came back from the test drive we were informed of a "problem.". Someone else was there signing paperwork for the car but there was another one for almost $10K more that was available. 1). They knew when we got there that someone else was purchasing the car. 2) Why would you schedule an appointment and not reserve the car at least until 15 minutes after the scheduled time? 3). As a "courtesy" they offered us $500 off the cost of the car that was $10k more expensive 4). Why wouldn't you call to say someone else is buying the car so we didn't make a trip needlessly? If I could give them 0 stars, I would. 1

He is a liar and a cheat. He won't tell you to your face that he's screwing you over because he didn't want a scene to be made and other customers would know they shouldn't do business there

Patrick was a pleasure to conduct business with when purchasing a new CX-5. He approached us in the lot and treated us respectfully and kindly the whole time. Patrick is not a salesman who pushes you or rushes but instead is easy and a pleasure to work with. I would work with him in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

I had a very good experience in Mazda Heritage Towson buying my first car. Everyone was helpful and transparent. Car price was fair and there were no hidden fees. Greg was helpful every step in choosing the right car while Paris made payment arrangements simple and easy. They even accommodated my unusual payment option. All in all, very positive experience.
