Stay away from this dealer. They sold us an unsafe car according to NJ and NY State, with a bunch of lies. On the way home the windshield wiper didn’t work so I had to stop & buy windshield fluid and saw the windshield guild was coming out of the car. After this, I paid my local dealer to do a full check-up on the car: the windshield fluid tank is missing a pump, so the fluid doesn’t stay in and runs right out—the car is unsafe to drive as my back brake rotors were filed down, very thin, and not passing NYS and NJS inspection. The car came with one aftermarket key and one original. According to Omar (sales) and Vento Omar the sells Manager, all I had to do was take the original key to my local dealer and they would program it and he will pay for it.Lies. I went to my dealer, and they said once an aftermarket key is programmed, you can’t use the original key, as the old program is deleted and can’t be reinstalled. It requires new computer parts for the remote. They have to run diagnostics to see what happened and whether it can be fixed—and it will tkae 2,3h to run diagnostics at 200$/h. Meanwhile, the aftermarket key works very poorly and has to be in a very specific spot to start/turn off the car. That’s not all. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my license plates that they charged me for and promised I’d get ASAP. Every time I ask when I’ll get them, the question is just ignored. Now they want me to drive back to them just so they can save a couple hundred bucks on repairs because they don’t like the invoice my local Mitsubishi dealer gave them. Meanwhile, I’d have to take 2 days off work, lose income, and use my sick days—just so they can save a penny. There is no reasoning with them. It took me over a week to get a hold of anyone there, and once the general manager finally called me back, he basically did nothing. Plus, they kept me there for hours, knowing I drove from Buffalo to NJ for this car, I was tired. They Made me wait hours while they were doing paperwork for another client. And again, they knew how far the drove that I was going on 48h being up. They knew the car it want inspected not safe as the car was sold as is on their website but to me they sold it certified. They send me home on a 600 miles drive in unsafe car.

Stay away from this car dealership!
Stay away from this car dealership!!!!!!!!! if you are in the market for used car, they will shock you with hidden fees. This dealership listed the used SUV for $13,995 on CarFax website. When I went to the dealership to buy the SUV, they told me it was going to cost me almost $20,000. They also offered for $6,000 extended warranty which I declined. For a car that is listed for $13,995, they added $3600 for prepping the car and $899 for Doc fees. Right there they are charging $4500 on top of asking price. If you want to buy a car from them, I would recommended to ask for exact amount (+-$50) of extra fees they will charge. In my experience, you can negotiate Doc fees and should not have to pay for car prep fees. On top of that they wanted me to finance the car from them when I was willing to pay cash for the car.

Do not come here if you value transparency. I purchased a car listed at $26K, but after all was said and done, I’m paying nearly $58K — more than double. GAP Insurance: I was charged $1,500, when credit unions and insurers offer it for $300–$600. ‘Documentation Fee’: They added $2,500, which is astronomical and where they padded the deal the most. Etch & Tire/Wheel Protection: These were added without clearly explaining them — expensive fluff many buyers may not even realize they’re agreeing to. As a first-time buyer, I felt misled. They did not clearly explain the financial breakdown, and I walked away with a deal that did not reflect what I thought I signed up for. They’re here to make money for themselves — not look out for your best interest. Run, don’t walk.

Not dependable and not honest enough when you buy a car
Not dependable and not honest enough when you buy a car all good at first time then when you ask parts missing in the car after spending $29000 car buying as is not normal the normal thing to do they will be last place to buying a car

before we drove 2 hours to purchase a pre owned vehicle we called to confirm price and availability and were shocked that the sales manager Omar raised the price $1000 and would not allow us to register the vehicle ourselves since we are out of state, since we were paying cash New Jersey motor vehicles stated they just need to fill out a st-10 form and we would be able to take care of this ourselves, but he raised the price an additional $3000 for taxes and registration (the vehicle was only $17,000 New York taxes are 8%!!????!!) we were very disappointed with everything very unprofessional so we decided not to deal with RT. 46 Mitsubishi.

Liars. Just another clickbait car dealer. Listing literally says that the listed sales price includes everything except tax, license, registration, dealer doc fee...and then they tried to double the price from 12k to 24k for a Mazda3 with 48k miles by tacking on tons of fees. Completely false advertising. A NEW Mazda3 goes for that much. I double checked the estimate on price before having family come from out of state to take a look at it, but they tacked on a ton of xx fees at the last moment. They're just wasting everyone's time, including their own.
